I only recently added a share photo and noticed it's change to my share photo, previously it used to be the application icon. I prefer the application icon but seems I can't keep that if I add a share photo.

I need some help, please. I run an educational membership site for parents with autistic children with monthly and annual membership options. I wanted to eliminate the annual options so under Subscription Plan Settings, I toggled the "Allow Purchases?" option off and set the renewal option for annual plans to only be a monthly plan. Since then, all users (annual subscribers) have been getting a message that the site is offline (see attached). They are able to regain access by manually resubscribing to our monthly plan, but I then I need to issue a prorated refund. We have the problem that alerts were sent to users from a webmaster account during maintenance work that cannot be dismissed. These alerts need to be responded to. Now the webmaster account from which the alerts were sent has since been deleted, and the user cannot dismiss the alert. How can we solve this problem? Screenshots are attached.

Hello I think commerce fraud rules are broken. I had a transaction that came back with a 99% risk score from maxmind, but was approved anyway, despite the second rule in my anti-fraud rule set being to refuse any transaction with a score greater than 55%.

Hello, all forum is down. unique message error this: Similar error in dashboard after admin access. I should point out that the website ran out of space and now that I fixed that error, this happens. Hi, Whilst trying to add a note to a forum, I've accidentally deleted it! Is it possible to recover it, as its a historical record with over 20 years of entries. Hi, I've noticed in the last few days (since upgrade to 4.7.20 beta 3 perhaps?) that when clicking Accept Cookies in the cookie bar it is directing to an error page with Error code: 2S119/1 I'm struggling to otherwise troubleshoot - any ideas? Thanks!

Hi All, We use Sendgrid as our email output but we're having an issue with getting the validation link to go to the right place. We get the below error when people click to validate. This isn't even the correct web address when it should be https://snowguns.com/xxxxx/validate.php or whatever it needs to be. Any idea how to resolve? Thank you. One of our long time mods, a member since 2008, has always received email notifications... until Jan 7th 2025 when he stopped receiving them suddenly. I checked his notifications and he's set to receive emails for every possible event except for achievements. I check the Email error logs and is says "There are no results to display.".

Hi, today, we discovered we cannot download file attachments from our pages, forums, or messages. I have tried being in a few different groups, and it's the same. When we edit the posts, they are there. I tried new posts, and they are not working either. This is a serious issue for us as we depend on this feature. Cheers Alex

I'm trying to find a user in my ACP. For example his display name is simply 'bob'. I search for 'bob' and get 50 results such as 'bob-geldof' and 'bob-dylan' and 'bobby flay' etc... but no 'bob'. Now I noticed that bob's email is bob7@hotmail.com so I search for 'bob7' and right away I can find him, with his 'bob' username right there in the search result list. I remove the 7 from the search so it's back to 'bob' and again, 50 results that do not include 'bob'.

Hi A new member has uploaded mp3 files to his profile About Me page, and to a comment on one of his gallery images. Mp3 files are allowed as attachments, and within the editor the mp3 file player auto embeds and the files are playable… However as soon as you hit submit those attachments just spin and eventually throw errors. I assume a permission is stopping them from being working. Where in admin can I configure what happens with mp3 files and where can they be uploaded/played? Cheers John

Hello everyone, Starting in December I've been facing a serious problem with spam bots. Dozens or hundreds of bots register on the forum every day and post spam. The recaptcha v2 option is active, I also activated the "question and answer challenge" option, and yet the bots continue to register and post thousands of messages. The email addresses they register with are @gmail.com ... Today I also disabled the "login with google" option, to see if that helps. Is anyone else facing this? can you help me with any advice/solution? Thank you!

Hi! As of about a month or two ago, every once a couple of weeks, my default homepage keeps resetting to a random Page (always different...). Does anyone know anything about the system behind the homepage? Any insights would be useful, because I have absolutely no idea what triggers it or what happens. The "make default page for this folder" mark for the page is set correctly, even when the homepage shows up as a different page... I've had the same homepage for 5+ years with zero issues before. Anything would be helpful, thank you!
