Hi, wondering if anyone here experience when opening multiple browser tabs and leave the browser for a while let say an hour you leave it and comes back, and when you open any of the tabs to check the forum, it just refreshes on its own, is that a browser issue or the forum software?

We have not made any recent administration or configuration changes on the site. When the accessing the home url www.cpica.ca, we get a blank page. When looking at the source, after the <head> tag, there is a body tag with classes "ipsApp ipsApp_front psJS_none ipsClearfix" The html appears to be building the main menu but doesn't display it. I can certainly provide the html source that I'm seeing if it would help. At 5:29 ET today, I did receive a notification of a new content summary that had been posted. Hello, I am having an issue with the event calendar for recurring events in the 'overview' view. I have a biweekly recurring event (February 13th and 27th). When I first open the calendar for the current month it only shows the 13th event: After I switch to another month, e.g. March, and then switch back to February the calendar will show the second event: Is it possible to configure the calendar for showing both events? Anyone else having SSL problems and people can't reach your site? I'm having this issues since yesterday and I've gotten two replies, one from @Marc saying it's need to be pushed up a level, and one from the Daniel Fatkic telling me he can see the forums just fine. I've sent 4 emails since saying the issue continues with no response. I've contacted Bluehost to see if it's on their end and they said its an SSL issue on GoDaddy, which makes no sense. I went to GoDaddy and they talk about downloading SSL certs and then uploading to the server but I don't have access to my server to do this so it seems to be on Invision to do. Unfortunately no one will respon…

Hi. I have a "posts from X" widget that appears in all my sidebars. It's no longer working, so I want to remove it. I've tried for an hour to get rid of it, but can't see how it is being displayed. When I go to Page builder, it's not there. When I go to adverts/sidebar it's not there. When I go to Blocks, it's not there. But it is on my sidebars. How can I track down what is causing it to display please?

Hello, previously, on older versions of ips, I simply added code to profile.php to provide data about game characters belonging to a given account on the forum. Then I displayed them in the profileactivity template. I have a question about the IPS 5 beta. How should I display the characters? How to pass data to profile activity or how to edit it? Hi, We've been having issues with Logging in to the forum recently. I'm Root Admin, and when I log in It takes me to the forum page as normal. When I click on Moderator CP , I often get the following ( Error code 2S194/1 ) So i have to log in again. If I go 'back' to the forums, I get the same again. Regards harry m

I'm a moderator on our site. In the Moderator CP > IP Tools > IP Address > Posts, I notice that when I go to that tool/utility, I can see the title of the posts that members post, even if I don't have access to that sub-forum, which to me, this should not be possible. If you don't have access to a sub-form, you should also not be able to see the topic titles within the Moderator CP > IP Tools > IP Address > Posts utility. Hi, I was about to update my privacy policy, but it is blank. I make use of the 'Display the default page' and 'Add third party information' options - they were already enabled. I tried disabling and re-enabling, but to no effect. I have at least two items which should be listed (Google Analytics and Antispam by Cleantalk). I wished to check the list to help me make sure I am not missing anything in a new, comprehensive Privacy Policy. I enabled archiving to offload some of the posts in our forums_posts table as it has gotten quite large and these topics are not actively used anymore. Before enabling archiving, I ran a query to check the size of the tables, and after letting a few hours go by the size has not changed and none of the posts appear to have been archived even though it shows that 90% of the posts should be archived. I looked at the scheduled task and it is running every 5 minutes and no errors are being reported in the log. What do I need to do to get archiving working or any other ideas on what could be going wrong? Thanks!

Hello, I have a very long conversation involving another person and myself. I could split one of the message from the existing conversation and create a new conversation from it. However, when I tried to split a second message from the first conversation and split it into the newly created conversation, this faile with the error message You do not have permission to moderate that personal conversation. Why and how to solve that? Thanks,
