Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted January 8Jan 8 Hello, We're getting this error when I click the analytics button in a topic: Quote [[Template core/front/global/analytics is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] Even when running default theme, we get this same error message. Any ideas on what the problem could be or where to start looking? Thank you, Scott
January 8Jan 8 Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
January 10Jan 10 I can't reproduce this here or on my cloud testboard. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
January 13Jan 13 Author Appreciate your time looking into this, Daniel! I have updated our access information, so it should be correct.

Unfortunately I'm still seeing following error when I try to login into the ACP with the account we have on file. Quote You do not have permission to access the Admin CP.
January 13Jan 13 Author Sorry about that -- it looks like the account did not have the proper permissions set up. It should have access to the ACP now.
