Hi,

I've noticed in the last few days (since upgrade to 4.7.20 beta 3 perhaps?) that when clicking Accept Cookies in the cookie bar it is directing to an error page with Error code: 2S119/1

I'm struggling to otherwise troubleshoot - any ideas?

Im not able to replicate this. Please disable any 3rd party items, including theme, then test again.

Typically, it's literally stopped doing it in the last hour or so. 🙄 No changes made! Odd.

Any different between when it was working and not? Have you tried switching guests to an unmodified theme?

Just tried it for you as a new visitor to the forum and I get the same issue 

 

Clicking accept again gets rid of the cookie bar

I have changed all a default theme to test and still encountered the issue.

No third party apps installed. 

 

I would suggest disabling your advertisements as well as these are leading to countless error in the browser console.

I've set the defalt unmodified theme for all and disabled all ads.

The issues is still reoccurring. 😔

This seems to be fixed in the v4.7.20 Beta 4 release today. Thank you!
