I am trying to update my menu and the changes I try to publish never take effect. And help would be appreciated.

Please check a default theme there as this doesnt even appear to be in your main menu on your site, but rather in a submenu looking at the video

I have these checked I even toogle between them is this what you mean?

You would need to view your front-end community using the 4.2 or 4.4 ACP themes.

I do it doesnt work additionally when I click oublish it will not save the order of the menu even in preview at the bottom
