  1. You're welcome to make any suggestions you wish in our Feedback forum. I am not one to say we need to keep things just because the way they have been, but it has been like this for the duration of the version 4 lifetime (almost a decade). Usually, just takes members a few seconds to tell what is new/old in my experience. However, the beauty of the theme system is you can change that to whatever you would like if you disagree 🙂
  2. A user with a PayPal subscription would not have their subscription updated. It can't be due to the way PayPal functions. The PayPal subscription would need to be cancelled and restarted to have an edited pricing.
  3. That is a standard change email address email so I would assume someone is making a change.
  4. Looking at the user in your ACP, I see their subscription package has been deleted. The only thing which exists is the previous invoice. The user would need to purchase a new subscription if you are wishing to do continue with a subscription.
  5. Nope, just need the manifest set and PHP GMP enabled/installed. Setup the PWA on your device and go to Account Settings -> Notification Settings -> under "Push", click "Enable in this browser"
  6. A customization would be required to do something if you wish to add this functionality. What that is, would not be something we could tell you under support but you're welcome to ask third party providers.
  7. Font Awesome requires HTML and Forum names will not execute HTML.
  8. Would double check your conf_global.php actually made the change and was changed to the group ID of the group you want to be assigned at registration. Just a hint to double check permissions on file on your server. Often times it has caught me out of sorts that I reupload a file over SFTP and I thought it took but it didn't due to permissions.
  9. It is worth noting here that if you want to go to our Cloud, a third party provider cannot perform that.
  10. Creator and above will allow you to keep Downloads, plugins, and themes. Only thing it won't have are Pages Database and some features you don't have that are specific to those plans. Our plan upgrades are pro-rated 🙂 .
  11. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  12. Of individual attachments? No. You can see your Downloads through that application though on the front-end.
  13. If you utilize Downloads, these items are not recorded there, I'm afraid. You can check that size using the Downloads Overview widget on the ACP Dashboard.
  14. Please post your question here. Only place sensitive items in the notes. Thank you.
  15. Seeing as private messaging is a group permission, you would likely want to utilize our Group Promotion feature so that once a user gets 5 posts, the system automatically promotes them to a new group which has this functionality. You can read more about that here:
  16. When looking up the purchase in the ACP, are you able to review the PayPal Subscription and cancel it? As you cannot edit a purchase unless it is cancelled.
  17. Please post your questions here and we'll be more than happy to assist. We'd like to put info on our community so that it can help others in the future. If you have a need to share private information, we can accommodate that via the access details area.
  18. What is the definition of "ages"? Before your migration to Cloud? If so, this may just be an ebb or flow of a natural community process. If not, you may wish to reach out to these individuals that you know haven't been on since the migration to see if they are encountering any issues. Could be as simple as they forgot their password and don't have access to the email 🤷‍♂️
  19. I'm afraid, it is a completely custom menu generated outside of the Invision Community software.
  20. Once you hit save, it displays the following warning: In order to enable this setting you must make the .../applications/core/interface/task/task.php file executable (i.e. chmod 0777). Please ensure you have done that. If you have questions, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
  21. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  22. That isn't a natural occurring URL. Someone would need to type that in so I would not be worried about it.
  23. You would need to create an unmodified theme in the ACP -> Customization -> Themes. Ensure it is available for your member group, then scroll to the bottom of the page on the front-end and switch to the unmodified theme.
  24. Would recommend switching to an unmodified theme and trying again. If the unmodified theme does not have an issue, it likely your modified theme.
  25. I am seeing this it specifically on this install. I have logged a bug particular for Chrome on this in our internal tracker. See if this helps.
