  1. Only Cloud.
  2. Looking in our ticket system, it looks like you have already submitted your domain change request. A support representative will be with you as soon as they can. Please note that on weekends, we are lower staffed so it may take some time to receive a response.
  3. Thank you for your understanding. It’s definitely not something we’d want to show your users either 🙂 . No harm done by clicking the install guide as that just bring them to our documentation here.
  4. Sorry for the inconvenience. There was an issue on our end which was causing this issue sporadically to some clients. This issue should be resolved now. If you're still seeing this message, please try clearing your browser's cache. If you're still seeing this message, please let us know. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.
  5. Do have an example of a post which is getting hidden? Does it contain any links or any which is set up to be moderated by your settings in ACP -> System -> Posting -> Word Filters?
  6. Can go to the Client Area > Manage Purchases > click your Cloud package > can click change domain. This will submit a ticket to us to further setup your domain. I can instead submit a ticket on your behalf to get the process going if you would like?
  7. I have gone ahead and made the change for your license key on your Cloud install and then wiped your self-hosted license with this URL. Please let me know if there's anything else we can assist you with 🙂 .
  8. A Database is for creating it's own content really, such as a recipe collection (such as the tutorial there in the Guide). What you're attempting to do here is create your own dynamic pages with blocks and have the breadcrumbs show that hierarchy you've setup is not really something we have as possible at this point in time, I'm afraid. You're welcome to suggest this in our Feature Suggestion forum, however.
  9. Sorry, are you saying it is not include in your download from the Client Area? Checking the download from the Client Area, I am seeing this file present. Please re-upload using the files from the Client Area and overwrite what is on your server with those.
  10. You can add categories to your Pages Database following the guide here
  11. Pages would not add the folder or parent page to the breadcrumb structure, I'm afraid. The only situation where it does is when a Pages Database is involved and there are multiple categories.
  12. Thanks for updating that information. Unfortunately, the software is unable to connect to Redis by the configuration details provided. I would advise reviewing each and every piece with your server administrator or hosting provider. Additionally, there are a ton of errors being generated from Tapatalk in your System Log. You will want to bring this to their attention for assistance or disable the application till it is resolved.
  13. Currently, the only way to create language strings for an application and reliably test those translations would be through owning the applications in questions that you want to translate for. Sorry I do not have better news at this time.
  14. could you please provide the security answers in the notes section of the access details area or disable 2FA?
  15. Only the server would be able to change the permissions or users that the software has. I can't as a software provider tell your server to write if it does not have permission to do so at the server-level.
  16. Please ensure that you are using a test key when assigning your test URL in ACP -> System -> License Key. I looked on your license and your Test URL is indeed empty for Test URLs. We recommend setting your test URL to a sub-domain of your Live URL's domain. That way, it's a simple DNS change to move an instance to a different server and there is no headache about what you're needing to do here. While we are rather flexible with the Test URL system in terms of requests coming, it is setup to not let the client change it to avoid abuse of our policy. Thus, at current stage, this is not something which could be done and submitting a ticket is the only way to change your Test URL (no matter if your test installation actually exists or not).
  17. If what my colleague suggested does not assist, you will also want to check the following: When viewing your community, I am seeing various errors related to CSS and Javascript not loading. I would suggest checking to ensure that your upload folder and all sub-folders are writable on your server (and owned by the correct user/group) then clear cache by going to ACP -> Support -> Clear System Caches (right side).
  18. You should have received an email to the address on file detailing the changes coming from our hello@invisionpower.com email. Our staff are fully managing the Help & Support forum here. However, to ease the transition, we are still permitting tickets to be submitted till the new year in the Client Area -> Manage Purchases -> click your license -> Support Request. Our typical response times will be made available here on the forums as they were in tickets 🙂 .
  19. I actually just replied to your ticket. Please upgrade to the latest release as you are rather extremely outdated.
  20. There shouldn't really be a need to do this as our software will purge those items automatically, e.g. when an image is uploaded but the user does not complete the process. There is a task which runs about every 24 hours to do this. There are some variations of images stored for gallery so you will see the number of images be larger than the number of images in gallery on the front-end of your community.
  21. Great! Glad to hear we could be of assistance.
  22. Yes, if there is a change in URL, it may be a good measure if anything is missing
  23. You're more than welcome to suggest this but the amount of users who will show up will be huge for even a small-medium sized community if there were a user agent list and would not fit the needs here either due to just sheer numbers. Every system to track a user is not without flaws. Typically, the most accurate are cookie or IP address based but those can be bypassed by those who know what they're doing. When dealing with troublesome members who are also tech savvy, the only way to thwart their attempts is going to be human eyes reviewing things.
  24. This is just a user agent string generated by the browser for all users who use that device/browser combination. The way we recognize a device is by a cookie. If the user deletes the cookie or uses a private browser that does this, we would not detect the same device.
  25. Thanks, I will bring this up internally.
