  1. This is not something which we offer at this time.
  2. Glad to hear things are working again.
  3. You would have received an email from us on December 26th.
  4. Did you just recently upgrade to PHP 8.1.27? If so, it looks like you have opcache in place, could you please flush that for good measure? It should have during the upgrade but like to be sure. You will also want to upgrade to the latest release. Additionally, could you please ensure that PHP 8.1.27 is installed in all directories as well? This is peculiar that you are getting this error unless somewhere across the way something is incorrect. While we're at it, please ensure that all required modules are installed:
  5. It's worth noting that you have quite a few customizations on this site as well so it would be worth checking if you modified the email templates, as mentioned above. However, we would require access to assist you further as well it seems: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  6. We would need to know your URL if you still require assistance.
  7. You may wish to do a fresh installation to get those database table names into a new database that you delete later. Before you go through all this work, did you just recently install your Invision Community software? Is there anything you want to keep? If you just recently started and don't have much, you could just create a new Invision Community installation into a new database and then delete the Invision Community database tables from your WordPress database.
  8. You would want to contact a server administrator. Typically, it can be numerous issues from performance to configuration. I’m afraid, not something we can narrow down from a software support point of view.
  9. You will want to contact your hosting provider for assistance. 502 Bad Gateway is a hosting error.
  10. Could you please clarify your license URL? It does not appear on file and the expired license you have (which would not be eligible for support), does have a lot of modified items.
  11. I'm afraid, that is the functionality where the software currently exists today. You're welcome to make a feedback topic to change that. However, that is not something which will likely change in the 4.x product line.
  12. You would need to ensure that your email templates in ACP -> Customization -> Emails are up to date. If you have modified any, you may wish to simply revert them back to the original.
  13. Oh apologies, if you are changing to January 3rd, 2024 at 6am. This is not possible as this is in the past. Future Publish can only do to the Future.
  14. Ah, ok. Guess you're impacted by that issue too with accessing our servers for auto-upgrades. You can perform a manual upgrade or just using English on your computer if this is an urgent need till we resolve some issues with accessing our servers.
  15. Thank you, testing this myself on your installation is not rendering this issue. Could you please try applying the patch in ACP -> Support. Then please let us know what language your computer/OS is using? As it is creating a different timestamp then English US does.
  16. You would simply create a new language pack and it will make an unmodified one. If you would like me to do this, I can. Dates are handled by the language pack and locale so any edit may cause consequences.
  17. I'm afraid, while it may be English, it is customized.
  18. You would just need a MySQL 8 compatible version of MariaDB. I'm afraid, this was given as an example rather than a guarantee.
  19. This would still rein true today 🙂
  20. Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce this with the default language pack. Could you please switch to an unmodified language pack and try again?
  21. As DawPi mentioned here, if you have the ability to separate them, it is recommended.
  22. As mentioned in your account ticket, there is a known issue going on right now. It is only impacting some individuals so you can try and use it, the error happens prior to files are applied so if you run into it, there won't be anything which renders your community unusable. As others mentioned though, you can wait for the fix or do a manual upgrade.
  23. Your conf_global.php file will tell you what database you're using and the connection details to it. This will be in the installation root of our software.
  24. I'm afraid, in support, I can only tell you how the software functions today. If you want to see a change in the software, you're more than welcome to suggest that in our Feedback forum, as mentioned. Otherwise, as using an HTML5 web browser audio/video player is currently the intended design, there is nothing further which we can assist you with on this subject.
  25. You're more than welcome to make a suggestion in our Feedback forum. However, what you're asking for is beyond typical community software. You would want to look at YouTube, Viemo, etc... or a custom player.
