  1. Do you have group promotions? Does the user have a test subscription that would change member groups upon expiration? All things which can automatically move members groups. If you do not want this to happen for these users, you will want to ensure the member group is set to Disable Group Promotions and exclude this group from changing in subscription settings.
  2. That too seems to have subsided now that you are on the recent release and IndexNow API key has been updated (that error shouldn't cause issues on the frontend). There are now system errors as of now.
  3. I'm afraid, the response is returning a 403-permission denied error. This is coming from your server or Cloudflare, both of which, I'm afraid, are outside our scope of support. You will want to ensure that mod_security is full disabled and you may also wish to disable CloudFlare temporarily to test this. If disabling these items completely resolves the issue, you will want to work with your hosting provider or CloudFlare to determine the cause and how you can get around it permanently.
  4. If there are no logs in the System Logs from recently then you can ignore that warning telling you that there are repeating entries.
  5. As the “Get Clients” forum is a category, they would need to click that Forum Category to read that description.
  6. You would need to click the “Fix This” button to see what else it is seeing as non-Innodb
  7. Did you recently switch to HTTPS or enable mod_security with this migration? These are the leading causes of the error with reacting.
  8. You would need to select something on this list. You can just search by "Joined" and do the start date of your community and today, if you want to do all. Then when it directs you back to the list, just tab over to the "Spammers" tab as in your screenshot in the OP:
  9. I have moved your ticket to our sales team so you can converse with them about cost and the migration.
  10. Yes, you would never want to use the installer unless you're starting fresh with no data from a previous installation 😉 . You'd want to grab your entire community directory, move that to your new server, connect it to your database in the conf_global.php and then upload the newest version on top of that.
  11. Is there a reason why you did a new installation and then restored the database backup instead of just moving the whole installation? That may create conflicts.
  12. Some hosting providers do impose caching of their own on shared hosting so worth a conversation. This would be highly dependent on your hosting configuration so we cannot provide a "one size fits all" solution here, I'm afraid. If you are unsure, you will want to contact your hosting provider to ensure folder/file permissions are correct and are owned by the proper user/group.
  13. You would need to use the advanced search (click the cogwheel in the search bar) and then filter out what you want to see. Then click the Spammers tab. Be sure to take a complete backup prior to doing so.
  14. I'm afraid, this is a question for your hosting provider. A large percentage of crashes happen due to hosting failures, blunders (e.g. improper restarts/shutdowns), misconfigurations, etc... rather than software intervention/usage. Working with them to back trace what happened here is imperative to ensuring it doesn't happen again, especially as you stated it has already happened once prior to this. It could be that simply something is corrupted on the MySQL side for this to keep repeating. They would need to dig into it though. I'm sorry we cannot be of more help at this time.
  15. It's worth mentioning that it does need to be legible to continue to comply with the agreement. Can't have it be white font on a white background 🙂 . ------------------ Taking off my IPS hat and putting on my community owner hat, I run a hobbyist community now for over 15 years. I don't think an actual member has once told me that I'm running Invision Community. Moreso, the branding is there for the target audience of community admins looking to start or convert a community and go "Oh, community xyz is running Invision, I should check them out." Otherwise, it means nothing and people move on. As Matt said though, there is an option if it bothers you enough. There isn't an option on many other platforms 🙂 .
  16. Translation strings would change what the default definition is to what you want to change it to. For example, that string by default from us says “Forums” and you have changed it to the name of your community. As mentioned, the Site Name is not what this. It does not appear where on the front end you want this. If you removed your customization, you would just get “Forums” there on the forum index.
  17. Without understanding what is happening on the hosting side here, there is little we can do to correct the software, I’m afraid. i would ask your hosting provider if your IP or path has changed in the move. You can provide them your URL to your community and your FTP access details you provided us and they should be able to tell you if those access details are to the same server and path or not.
  18. By this, I assume you mean our own internal software resource caching or is this caching from your server rather than our software? You shouldn't need to clear the cache manually so that is indicative of something happening on your server. Either the automated processes are able to clear it when it should due to a permissions issue or the background tasks are simply not running. You will want to check permissions on your file system to ensure that they allow reading/writing from PHP. You will also want to check how you have configured background tasks in ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration. If that is running via cron and it is not running for whatever reason, you will want to switch to Automatic till you get that resolved.
  19. You would want to contact your hosting provider to ensure that is the correct path that is running your site. As when I drop new files in there, you server is not rendering them so that would entail, that is not the correct path.
  20. It looks like you're using a custom theme, in addition, if you have any third party applications/plugins, I would disable those when attempting this. If you have any browser add-ons/extensions, you may wish to disable those as well. Then you can try the easy translate feature again. Hopefully that will remove any errors. Unfortunately, those translation strings there are not related to the Site Name setting in ACP -> System -> General Configuration but rather just a name for the Forums Application. As you are wishing to change wherever we mention the application name "Forums" to your community's name, you will need to do this via translation strings.
  21. You will want to check that the location which you're editing is actually the location of where your community is. The FTP access details on file are leading to a separate folder on your server named "invision". Not the one which contains the software running at your licensed URL. When I dropped a new file into that folder, the server did not render it so this is likely an incorrect path.
  22. Are you configured to use HTTPS in your conf_global.php and accessing over HTTP or vice versa?
  23. How many items do you have in your navigation there?
  24. -200 with the plupload extension being used means that your server failed to process the upload. For more information on that, you will want to check your server logs. If you are unsure how to perform this, please contact your hosting provider or server administrator.
