  1. Please feel free to post this in our suggestion forum if you would like to see this. This is incorrect. Themes are CSS and PHTML (Theme Templates). Both can reposition content.
  2. I'm sorry to hear that this is still happening, however, this is definitely the server rather than the software. This is something your hosting provider will need to continue to investigate to find the root cause. These things where it is repeatedly happen could be configuration, resource overload, backup malfunction, corrupt storage, etc... The fact that it is multiple tables is stating it is really something on the server side. This is the resulting error of our software attempting to use the table after it crashed, not the cause of the crash.
  3. You would want to run that in the same directory which your Invision Community software is running. That will verify the MySQL with your conf_global.php file.
  4. You will want to run the compatibility checker as it sounds like your are missing extensions in PHP:
  5. Google Analytics will not include bots and other traffic which will not evaluate their Javascript to gain a more "human" traffic system but there are flaws in that. Whereas, our statistics will show you all traffic because it hits the software and thus is tracked.
  6. The user would have the option to choose the languages which you have made available for them at the bottom of the page. On an unmodified theme, there should be a "Language" selection that when clicked, allows the user to change languages that the administrator has provided to the community.
  7. You would want to contact your hosting provider to see what further is happening to cause this task to get stuck. It could be that you don't have enough resources to compile what needs to be done here. It could be something is inefficient on our end. You can enable slow query logging to see if this is MySQL end. You hosting provider can also advise what else is happening and provide us further data to investigate. You may also wish to disable any third party applications/plugins while doing the above.
  8. I'm afraid, this is not something of the default software. You may be using a third party application/plugin doing this but it is not a part of the core software. Additionally, you may have modified the default theme. You will want to use an unmodified theme. If you do use Fluid view, you would also see the profile photo on the side. This is expected but if you're not using Fluid view (like here), you would see it on the right.
  9. This is not a functionality of the core software. You are indeed using a custom theme.
  10. This would be your custom theme. You would want to contact your theme's author.
  11. I'm not quite sure what you mean. Could you clarify?
  12. There are no plans to have support for PHP 8.3 at this time for version 4 but that could change. However, version 5 will be compatible with 8.2. The team will announce plans for 8.3 as it factors into the development/release/planning.
  13. You are licensed for the /forum, whereas you are using the root domain so the error there is indeed correct. I have updated your license URL on file.
  14. You would only be allowed to run the installation on the URL which you are licensed for. Per your license agreement, you can only have 1 Live URL and 1 Test URL. The Test URL can only be used by you and your immediate staff to test and cannot be used publicly.
  15. Please be advised that version 3 is out of support. If you have questions on data/migration, please contact a third party provider who can help you with a migration. ibf_core_members is used in version 4 and is the member table. It sounds like you did a test upgrade or something to version 4 in the same database. You would need to remove any v4 tables before performing an upgrade/migration from 3 to 4.
  16. You would need to review the System Logs and PayPal API errors to see if it sent the request and it hit an error. Could you please clarify how they earned the money?
  17. Doesn't appear that there are screenshots, however, the content may have already been deleted which the user had posted but their content count has not be recounted. This would describe the discrepancy which you're seeing. You can try recounting it to see if that resolves the discrepancy by going to their profile in the ACP, click "Content Count" and there will be a "Recount" option. You can choose to do just this member or all members.
  18. Do you have a lot of forums? Fluid mode combines all forums in the first view so if you have a lot of forums and there are a lot of items to inspect, this could cause a performance issue. Disabling third party applications/plugins and switching to an unmodified language pack will help start troubleshooting of the issue. Next I would go to ACP -> Support and see if you have any database issues. If you do have a lot of forums, you can then enable slow query logging on your MySQL server and then see what queries come back. That may provide us some suggestions if there are improvements we can make.
  19. These would still be online users in this case, even they are banned. However, there is ACP -> Members -> Ban Filters. There is nothing in our software which would take them outside of this and likely would be an external firewall if so.
  20. This would be correct. You have not stored just images there.
  21. Likely not setup correctly and the first time which these resources have been rebuilt. Unfortunately, the permissions of S3 is beyond our scope of support.
  22. This would be outside our scope of support as it is S3 related and hosting related. You would want to ensure that your S3 bucket is writable and readable by the software plus readable publicly, if you are not using a CDN on your bucket.
  23. This would not be related to the issue here and is separate. However, the only thing I can suggest is to look at the firewall rules you enacted. It sounds like something was done outside of the software itself to block traffic so should be monitored there for false positives or other issues.
  24. You will want to check your S3 bucket. All references are getting a 403 Access Denied. Which means either the files aren't getting created or you are caching the whole page and referencing old URLs.
