  1. If you don't know how to block them effectively, you would need to contact your hosting provider or CloudFlare to block them.
  2. You would need to contact the corresponding provider for assistance
  3. You’d want to block in CloudFlare or have your hosting provider block them on the server.
  4. For things like this, please submit a ticket. I have transferred this to a ticket to see if this is something we want to do for you. There may be a cost involve to perform this manual task.
  5. You'd want to check with your hosting provider of the IP addresses coming in and what they are. If it's malicious or not obeying your robots.txt, you'll want to block it at the network/server level.
  6. You would need to contact your email provider. Generally, they are the ones who issue the bounce back error to your inbox of who sent it.

Our team is working on this new issue at hand. It should mostly be resolved. If you're having issues, please submit a ticket rather than posting on the community as we will be able to more readily help you in an emergent situation.
  8. Thought you were asking why the application itself would be processing, not individuals accessing your community. Not knowing how the error management application works, I can't tell you why this is happening. However, when someone accesses a link of your community when it is offline, they get the login page which should render a 503. It could also be pulling from 404s of pages which don't exist. Only Daniel will be able to tell you why this is happening.
  9. Glad to hear things are looking better for you.
  10. You would want to ask your hosting provider what changed. It may be they updated something or you’re getting too much traffic than your server can handle. If nothing was changed in the software, it shouldn’t be changing like this really as it’s the same exact queries running these.
  11. I’m sorry you’re stuck between a rock and a hard place but we have outlined the issue to you. If your host doesn’t want to do either of what we suggested, there is nothing we can do. We also explained as it is the weekend, it won’t be till Monday that we are able to evaluate the queue for migrations.
  12. You'll want to ensure that you do not have any custom FURLs at ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration -> Friendly URLs. Revert if you have any related to calendar.
  13. You would need to tell them to improve the performance of query cache or disable it. As it is locking up your database as it is not performing well. As mentioned, nothing has changed in 24 hours in the software so this would have been a server change.
  14. As mentioned, this is a part of MySQL.
  15. The next issue is that query cache in MySQL is having issues. Your hosting provider would need to improve the performance of it or disable it. If the recent logs provided are recent, they have not been fully disabled.
  16. Would ensure that you are fully disabling third party applications/plugins. I am seeing quite a few references to non-Invision Community tables in the report provided. Specifically, tables like: topicmetaimage_images dp44banfromtopic_topics
  17. Please check your email to send the attachment.
  18. You can post a link to it in your notes of the access details area in the Client Area or I can transfer this to a ticket.
  19. Your host would be the only ones who would be able to provide this and in your original message, they said they would so I would continue to pressure them. Sorry, as it is the weekend, our sales team isn't around. Monday would be the first day that they are able to review and plan that out, but it would likely not be for a few days, depending on our queue.
  20. We would need to know the above, as mentioned.
  21. Without knowing more information about what is going on here, such as the query or process in place it would be impossible to determine what the issue is. I would say, you would want to start with disabling any third-party items and just run the core software.
  22. Keep in mind, setting the community to offline will only block users who do not have permission to see the site in offline mode from viewing it. It does not prevent all processes in the software from running.
  23. You would need to overwrite the files where your community lives on your server. Judging from the path in your post, this is: /home/rockokym/public_html/
  24. This can be found in ACP -> click the notification bell in the top right -> Notification Settings -> A new member has completed registration
