At present, whether its new, an edit, or a reply, it does indeed show updated by for each. From the above, you are suggesting you would like it to not show the "Updated" part when it's a new item, which would be feedback rather than a bug
Sorry to see you are having issues there. The problem you are seeing is an internal server error. In the first instance, please check your server error logs to see exactly what the error is. Its very likely you have something added that isnt compatible with the upgrade

Unfortunately there is no way in which to do what you suggest with the promotion and badges at the present time. I would however mention that if the badges are earned one after another, wouldnt you always be awarding that second badge type anyway?
In terms of manually moving members, you would need to do a search for members you need from the admin CP, by selecting the cog icon next to search, and entering your criteria. Once you have done this, you will see a "Move" link above the listing

It seems for some reason you have no default application. I have set forums as the default application for you. Please check things are working again now
If you go to the admin CP and go to the stats section, there are stats there showing who has visited the site, which I believe is what you are looking for
