Got a patch inbound. This is the limit the # of attachments bit which I *DID* fix (see posts further above) but apparently clipped a leading \ off at some point when calling \IPS\.... No idea...
Taking a moment to also double secret verify this is all good.
EDIT: Submitted and support ticket opened to push it to the front of the pile.

Thanks that worked! It was an app that caused this.

Do you use apps or plugins?
some are not compatible yet.
deactivate them all and see, it worked for me. Then reactivate them one by one and test to find the one breaking it.

EDIT: Actually, when you click with the other mouse button and choose to open on a new page, you'll have the error message:
This specific action (PINT TOPIC) shouldn't have the BUY & USE in the app index and also shouldn't have the REDEEM in the MY ITEMS page because you need to go to a topic and click in the PIN button:

That's the right flow to "redeem" this item.
I'll try to change it in this version but I'm not sure as I can't waste too much time in a specific resource now. I have a lot of other resources to work.

An issue to look into with IPS 4.6.x, I know this isn't officially compatible but I thought I'd report it nonetheless.

I submitted the 4.6 version on Friday, so I guess it's still in the approval queue. I have no idea how long it'll take, but I assume they have lots of new releases to deal with now.

sorry for the delay, my minion seems to have skipped out on me. 
I've been in the hospital for the last month and just got released last week.
I installed the app to 4.6 and it seems to be working with 4.6 without any issue, i'll double check and do a version bump as a maintenance release. 

Just disable user store from user profile.
 
It works but 2.3.0 release with some 4.6 fixes is awaiting review in the marketplace.
The app is only tested with paypal payout, but in theory it should also work with stripe because we use IP.Commerce to handle transactions.
 
When the user withdraws the money, the commissions will be deducted.

Last one is 7.13.0, but it won't work with IPS 4.5.

I'm hoping IPS adds support for Cloudflare Stream video hosting in 4.6. I really want to encourage my users to post personal videos and Cloudflare Stream is a very economical and easy option for hosting and streaming video for smaller websites like mine. It should be easy to support since the Cloudflare Stream API is very simple to use. You do have to upload the video to Cloudflare, but Cloudflare takes care of transcoding, hosting, and embedding the video for streaming to any kind of user device.
