Hi there, I find the mention system great, although there may be members that dont like this feature, or I have users in a certain usergroup that I dont want to allow this to use. From my understanding, the system really dont have any possibillities to restrict certain use or allow individual members to opt-out this. May be an idea in a future release?

If you create a new HTML template in a personal theme, this template is multiplied in all the themes you have installed. I think this is a bug and a solution should be found. Please developers IPS to review this.

Hi, For dowload, It is possible yet to add files and screenshots from URL. But currently to submit an event on the calendar, we have to add, each time, a new image for the cover photo. Could it be possible to add the option : add an image from an URL on calendar ? Same for adding an image to a gallery. BR.

Could we add a "Disagree" reaction (although I have no idea what this might look like)? (FTR this thought occurred to me upon reading an old post on these forums stating that "Facebook is going to kill every online community," which I think is a ridiculous statement)

If you go to the files system in admin or my attachments in your profile it loads the full size image attachments in an estimated 200 x 200 image container. wouldn't it be better to create a thumbnail for the image file attachments? I know IPS doesn't create thumbnails for image attachments unless you reduce the size in the "maximum image dimensions to display" so don't know how hard it would be to implement it or if you want to do it. but if you have 2 megabyte + image files it does take quite a while sometimes in order to see the attachment images. Just feels like a waste of bandwidth and time in my humble opinion. Heck I would be happy if it just loaded the thumbn…

I suggest you don't have to choose between question and message for the forums. This is annoying because on my forums, some messages are questions, others are discussions. It would be nice to give the person the option of "posting as a question" for example. Thanks you

My users are trained to check new content or activity searches, which makes this sort of thing redundant, unless its carried through to the search results. Forum view activity feed or unread content view Same thing with popular replies. How can we change this?

Hi, I would like to suggest the give reputation points possibility may be disabled per forum. This restriction is useful to allow users give reputation only on technical subjects of a community, avoiding general talk or jokes reputation points that will not be representative about the users real skills regarding the community main subject. I've converted my community to be mostly club-driven, and it's working alright. I noticed some shortcomings that I'd like to address below: Open clubs need an option for auto approval toggle option for members that wish to join. Right now, you can set it to open, see the contents, but need the approval to join. My reasoning behind this is that I want to give freedom to members to come and go as they please from certain clubs. They have more control over the content they see that way, and public clubs should be the only "see the content, don't need to join" option. We are currently using the REST API call /forums/post to get a list of recent posts by our developers, so we can highlight them on our web page and at the top of our forums. Unfortunately, they lack two pieces of information we would really like to have: the names of the topic and the sub-forum the post appeared under. Could you add those to the return results for the call?In addition, we'd like to be able to request a specific number to be returned. Currently it seems to be limited to 25 results, we'd like to be able to get 100 with a single call. Can you add the ability to include a resultsPerPage param to the request?

I'm using an older version of 4.2 since my license has expired but in case this hasn't been reported or fixed in case it doesn't work as intended. If you enable fluid forum view and you enable this setting in some forums: the forums won't show in the sidebar and the topics don't show either for user groups who can't read topics but who should be able to view them in the thread list when you enable this setting. is there any easy way to show them by template modifications?

Recommended messages is a very cool feature. Very nice and useful to have it. But in some situations it can provide negative result (for any reasons, such as toxic user). If someone post a good message for topic our moderator set it as 'recommended' and question topic closing. But author of recommended message can edit his post content for something negative with additional negative content. Will be very nice if recomended message didn't change their content if source post edit. I'm looking for a feature where upon registration members are put into 'default' clubs to get themselves started. What I effectively want to do is put people into clubs straight away so they can start using them and become aware of their functionality. Also to be able to personal message them upon sign-up to inform them they they are already members. A little bit like reddit where when you join you're already seeing content from default subreddits.

Hello, I am forced, by Dutch laws, to add my company number and VAT number on all of my invoices. So I'm currently using the footer invoice text setting, however, that only applies to the printable invoice and not on the invoice that is emailed nor on the invoice at manage purchases. This means that I currently fail to apply to this Dutch law which brings my company in danger. Can this setting be changed or an extra setting to be added so that all invoices can have custom text added? Thank you!

I've thought of an awesome idea! Well, I think so anyway. Give us the option so that if we tag topics and other things as 'gaming', they show up in the 'gaming' club! I think this will tie in nicely with the regular forums. So the people who use clubs a lot will see topics made in the main set of forums and vice versa.

A the moment all Club Calendar events show up in the Calendar Events plugin, but they do not show up on the main calendar page even if "All Calendars" Is selected. Please, add a setting to allow Club calendar events to be show in "All Calendars" Steve K.

Now a function exists "Show sidebar on mobile " - Yes or No. Function works, but hiding Sidebar is not enough. Even when you choose No, browser mobile loading all content sidebar - with all the server requests and resource inquiries you have in the sidebar. This slows a lot of loading site over mobile. It would be nice if when creating an announcement, clubs was an option in the where to show section. If I want an announcement to show only in the clubs section, how can I do this without really having some custom code and pages blocks. With that, in the where to show section for announcements, you see options for all apps you have installed. So I have Tapatalk and mail bouncer apps and those should really not be coming up as options so maybe there needs to be a dev setting to disable announcement inclusion or something like that.

I had this set to stop the member from posting and to delete their content which it has been for several years. Now, if a member is accidentally flagged as a spammer their content is gone, gone for good. One of my moderators accidently flagged a genuine (and important) member as a spammer and now their content is gone with no way whatsoever of restoring it. I've now changed the setting to hid their content but it now means for the 99% of genuine spammers we'll have to remove their posts manually, but it's a safety net that's required. Imagine if someone accidentally flagged a member with thousands of posts as a spammer, that would be a disaster! Bring back 'de…
