Posted December 25, 20177 yr Am I using Commerce wrong or is it not possible to allow a member access to managing support tickets outside of giving them administrative panel access..?
December 25, 20177 yr A member can manage their own, change status, but not others. If the member is a support agent, ACP access is required.
