Hi there, I just made the upgrade from IPB3 to IPS4 on my dev server. But… I wanted to convert my old forum from utf8 to utf8mb4, and I thought the IPS upgrade tool would propose it to me. But this is not the case. Is there a converter for the new IPS4 to convert utf8 columns to utf8mb4? If not, how is that possible? Thanks a lot!

Hi at all... I still have a problem with recaptcha2 and i've report to support request, but after many test isn't simple to understood what is the problem. Hey there, I'm trying to run a shop within my IP board. I tested a demo version, but I can not find a function to export the orders to my bookkeeping program... Is such a function planned or already implemented? IP Nexus seems to be in its infancy... It's also not possible to refresh currencies automatically. Prices for every single product have to be written in manually, who has the time to do that? Exchange rates are fluctuating all the time! Best regards

Hello, I've actually got a problem with this forum. While I wait for my backups to run, I figured I'd login to the client area on my Note 4 and read up. I currently can't seem to do this. I've never had any issues with the phone before this on any particular forum, so this is a bit baffling. I've triple-checked my login and even changed my password to no avail. Is there something I'm missing?

I'm super fustrated with the lack of information of terms of getting facebook logins to work. Apparently it's supposed to work without any error and there is no information what to do if there is an error. I started a new app, everything was 'approved', i got my app ID, and secrete put into my IPS community admin area and saved it... On facebook it says live and available to all users. I tried to 'sign up' using facebook on my website and i got the whole: "Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App's settings. Hello all, I first of all would like to thank anybody that attempt to help with this issue that been bugging me for days So I'm, currently attempting a mock migration before doing the final thing on our forums, now i've come to the section of setting up the IP.Content blocks and pages ect as they did not migrate 100% correctly with the new 4.0 version, Here is a screenshot of our old version: As you can see we used the article system to promote posts ect and then use the standard article block to display them in a grid like form, Now i've managed to kind of get the layout correct using the new 4.0 software but cannot seem to replicate anything similar to the abov…

It is just not there anymore after I upgraded from 4.0.10.1 to 4.0.10.2. I tried to upload everything again but nothing happened... Seems like the Forums, Gallery and Commerce are all gone - and I'm just glad this is not on a live board but on my testboard!

Hello, There's a problem in IPS4 that didn't exist in IPS3 which is that when you remove an emoticon, any post that's ever used it shows a broken image. What I want to do is to somehow find any occurrence of the emoticon code in the database and replace/remove it. Does anybody know how to do this?

Every now and again when clicking 'home' I get the following error: Sorry, there is a problem Something went wrong. Please try again. Error code: EX1054I've tried to trouble shoot the error by deleting cookies and trying to be logged in or logged out (happens either way). It seems to be random and mostly on pages that have widgets assigned to them. I have block widgets, the latest post widget, whos online widget, gallery widget, and upcoming events widget on the page. Hello everyone, I've contacted support back on the 12th to understand why my upgrade from version 3 to 4 corrupted over 200+ users. I have not heard from Tier 2 nor have I seen them connect to my server to "investigate" the problem. I have over 200+ users with very strange usernames. Examples are provided below. 1947_1436634761 1936_1436634760 654_1436634740 1880_1436634759The e-mail addresses associated with these accounts are also wrong. I have created an additional template and applied to one set of pages that load the classifieds database. While creating new database template I am assigning to required database. Once I copy the edits I do toggle in the database from Category article to Classified template. Then change the listing, Display and Form drop down to classified templates. And it failing. I have done this exercise multiple times now and each time I create new template and apply, the front-end page disappear completely to absolute white screen. When I go into a members profile, their email address appears under Contact Information (email) Is this viewing of the email address only for Admin/Mods or is it also viewable for all members to see each others email addresses? If it's viewable for all, how can this be changed?
