Hi, I am upgrading my second IPB from 3.8 to 4.0. The first upgrade went fine with no errors. The second site is giving this error half way through. The transitions from screen to tablet to phone in the editor seem to be not quite right. For example: iPad / Landscape = Desktop toolbar showniPad / Portrait = Phone toolbar shown (too much wasted space - almost 3/4 of the screen)iPhone / Portrait = Phone toolbar shown (ok amount of space)iPhone / Landscape = Phone toolbar shown (too much wasted space)Also I'm getting netbook users complaining that they are seeing the phone toolbar and are missing the Insert Image from URL options. So the phone layout is being used way too soon. Anyone know how to tweak these sizes?

My Get Ready for IPS file said that I needed to convert my tables to utf8 and so I downloaded the converter and got it set up to run. When I run it I get these errors. Hrrm I've converted a PHPBB3 to IPS3.4 to IPS4.0. All the attachments from the previous forum have been resized to 100px tall, and when clicked on instead of opening in a window download. When attempting to open and resize them, they all display a message that they can not be larger than 100px tall. Is there a way to increase the size from 100px?

We have been upgraded to 4.0, yahoo! We love it, just a few little kinks to work out though and one of them is I cannot find the RSS Feeds option in my 4.0 admin. Unless it has been replaced by Community-RSS/Atom Feed Imports whereas I need to manually create a feed for each area of our community I'd like to feed? It seems like there should be a way to generate internal feeds more efficiently. Any help is greatly appreciated.

My members do not have very good luck with the built in search, I am looking to see if possibly we are doing something wrong. Are you able to easily find what you are looking for? Can you search by topics successfully? This was another post I got today.

I'd like to have my forum set up in a way where guests can see all the categories, forums and even the post counts in each category but not actually read the posts. Currently the only way I know how to do this is to set the Guest permissions to "see forum" but uncheck "read posts" this works well except that on the main forum page each category shows "no posts here yet" to the guest even if there are many posts in that forum. It's not super enticing to sign up to a forum you think is totally void of content....is there a way to show the post counts but not the actual content to a guest for each category?

I always seem to have issues with support not being able to overwrite files file ftp and not sure what I’ve done wrong. I have a user for them, lets called it ipssupport. I have a install of the forum and owner/group is apache:apache (I am on CentOS). I have added ipssupport to the apache group. And as I type this post I think I know the problem. My file permissions are set to 644 which would be read only for groups. So, should I make all files 664 or is there a better way to setup a support account for IPS?
