IPB3.x to 4.0: utf8mb4 conversion

Hi there,

I just made the upgrade from IPB3 to IPS4 on my dev server.

But… I wanted to convert my old forum from utf8 to utf8mb4, and I thought the IPS upgrade tool would propose it to me. But this is not the case.

Is there a converter for the new IPS4 to convert utf8 columns to utf8mb4?

If not, how is that possible?
