I have a problem with the editors embed tool, when I paste a video link inside the editor, it won't be converted to embed video after hitting enter, and show p as a link, I've tried both youtube and vimeo links, please guide me how to fix that .. I'm writing a Pages article and I want to add some images to it and when I do, this is the code that is being added: <a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" href="FULL IMAGE URL"><img data-fileid="10" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt="" src="THUMBNAIL" /></a> What I don't understand is why is it forcing a thumbnail? Every time I add an image, I have to go to the source code and manually edit it. Is there a setting that would allow me to add an image without any links or thumbnails?

Hello! Why is this happening? (SIDEBAR ON THE BOTTOM OF THE FORUMS) Also, I cannot seem to manage to delete those blocks.When I press Finish Editing they close, but when I reload the page, they're still there.Plus, check out the alignment of users in "Who's online"...they are not one after another but more like a list.

For 2 weeks ive been trying to get answers from tapatalk and invision regarding errors when i install tapatalk as a plugin (X2 errors all over the time when i enable the plug in). Can someone please help me? I need to install this so very desperately because i have about 20 people who will use the forums as soon as the app is up. im also hosted with invision so i cant install a hook...

I've just upgraded to the latest version, first time on IPB4. I'm running into all sorts of problems. Seems like I'm completely unable to start a topic.... Any idea what could be the problem? I can't start a topic in the forum, and even though my articles on Pages are supposed to create a topic as well, they aren't creating a topic either. (but article still posts, and comments still posts, just not mention/ability in the forums)

So, this was a bug in one of the early beta's of IPB4 Pages. I submitted a couple of bug reports on it. I haven't really been keeping up with it, but decided to go ahead and upgrade figuring most of the major bugs had been fixed. To my surprise, the one I had complained about still hasn't been fixed. I'm starting to wonder if there's a problem with me and how I use it, because it seems to me like this is absolutely crucial for the Pages app. I have an NFL website. We have pages for every team. Hi there, I'm trying to install a bought CKEditor plugin into IPS 4.0 but I can't get it working because IPS strips out all content after I publish a post. After some research I found some options to whitelist content (as you can see on the picture) but I don't know how can I get the values I have to enter - does anyone know how I can analyze which css & javascript controllers are used in my plugin? (I'm not a coder, sorry )

Hello, I converted my board from IPB 3 to IPB 4.0.12.1 and I encounter errors in several "places" of PC Admin. For example, when I try to install a hook/plugin, installation begins and I have a message "3C145/3 Something went wrong. Please try again". If I try to add a group, I get the following error : "EX1364 Something went wrong. Please try again." And if I want to edit an existing group : "EX1048 Something went wrong. Please try again." For now, scheduled tasks run via a cron job (rebuilding, reindexing, etc). A solution for me ? Ideas ? Thanks ! PHP 5.6.8 & MySQL 5.6.25

We use the community suite 4.0.13, including the shop module. Until I put an article in the shopping basket, everything works. But when I want to see the basket, a "not found"-error occurs, so I cannot proceed with the checkout. The URL, which is called, is http://URL-of-website.de/store/cart/ Is this the correct URL? (This URL doesn't exist on the web server) Is there any misconfiguration? Thanks and kind regards, Martin

I just had my board updated recently and only about a handful of emoticons survived. So I decided to delete them, and start over, but now when i try to upload an emoticon I get the error message "that value is not allowed". although they are jpg. gif. etc. Can someone please help me with this issue? It's been like this for a about a week or so, and it's driving me mad.

Ive just upgraded to 4.0.13 but the calander shows the date format incorrectly. I have my calendar settings in ACP to show dd mm year UK setting, but the calendar still shows mm dd year which is the US setting. Is this a bug? Thanks if you can help Karen

As I'm in the middle of upgrading, I'm at the last step, but I have an error that appears and says Incorrect key file for table 'v2core_notifications'; try to repair it /home/profootb/public_html/test/system/db/db.php::1482 Anyone have a clue how to fix this? I can't make progress in the upgrade until it gets resolved. Meanwhile my site is offline. Any help would be appreciated!

Hello, Our forum is offline for a few weeks now. When going to the forum there's a 500 error. http://mobbles-forum.com/. I did not made any changes to the forum. It just happened all of the sudden during the holiday. I asked my host to look at it, but he was not able to find any problems. He asked me if I could emty the Cache but I can't even access the admin page anymore. Does anyone know what we could do to fix this? Kind regards, Gideon

Is there a means or method to provide granular control of what a group with access to "manage sidebar" can access or do? Specifically, I would like to have an 'editor' group that can edit page content (wysiwyg block) and any wysiwyg sidebar blocks, but not be able to delete or reset any other custom blocks or plugins.
