So I think I have a trojan virus on my site It keeps repeatedly uploading a folder (says something about an invoice) with a php file within it I've downloaded fresh files from here and overwritten and then ran upgrade but it still happens What's the fastest and best way to eradicate trojan /viruses from forum software please?

In fluid view I would like to select a forum without it's subforums For example, we have a forum of games with subforums related with the some most played games... I don't want to see topics about most subforums Is there a way to configure this?

Hey guys! I recently bought a license to IPB. I had been running an unlicensed version of 3.4 for a few years and finally had enough money to buy a license outright. I was successfully upgraded to 4.2 after working out a few kinks, but now I've run into a large one now that the upgrade is complete. I've been using the forum software for several years, but am extremely new to using the Gallery Application. Until now we have disabled the Gallery and allowed members to post photos in a "Photo Forum" within forum topics. I am testing the Gallery to see if it can meet our needs. The first query I have is:- Where a member posts photos in our photo forum, other members can "Like" the topic. In Gallery they can "Like" the album AND each individual photo. Is it possible to prevent the liking of each photo and limit it to just the album?? Many thanks Bill

Maybe I hit an option somewhere, but when people click on image on my site, they are not getting the nice pop up photo, they are dowloading. Does anyone know how to shut that off so that the enlarged photo will be display when clicked?

Hello, since IPS 4.2.1 sometimes appears the tab "More" in Menu. But there are the same number of tabs, and sometimes appears all tabs and no "More" tab. How to prevent this? I don´t like "More" tab and I do not understand why this happens

I am in 4.1 and haven't upgraded yet to 4.2. (I plan to soon, I have reasons for the delay, that's not the point). I've found myself administrating and moderating my Board on my iPad 95% of the time as opposed to my desktop iMac. I noticed you can't upload a new ad file using an iPad, when creating a new ad in the native IPS advertising application. You choose to upload a file and hit Choose Single File...and nothing, nada. I created a low priority Ticket to see if this was true, and haven't gotten a sufficient answer. I added to that ticket that at the least I would like to know if this issue is corrected in 4.2. Hello, I've been hosting my community with these forums for about a week now and I'd like to know if there's any way to force log-in people with Steam or some kind of authentication method. I am well aware that we can use plug-ins/applications or add-ons like this Lavo's Steam Authentication option but I'd like to know if there's any way to enforce it. As of right now in log-in handlers, the default one for IPB is locked and set to default so there's no way from my understanding to edit it. If anyone has any clue or has experimented with this, I'd be more than pleased to read your response.
