OMG: Stock levels not real time?

Has the payment been approved/cleared ?

It should afaik change immediately once they check out and payment is authorised if the method is either manual or held for manual approval. IIRC until their payment is approved it won't drop the stock level (or not until they reach the checkout)

Check the item/product itself in the ACP, under "stock/price adjustments" , ensure that you do not have 'unlimited' checked.

I'd suggest a ticket if you're having issues with this though. :)
