Oh, its officially just a “pre-release”. Still, it shows up as possible update, but then can’t be downloaded in the ACP

Sorry guys - should be fixed now :)

4.2.3 is currently just a beta release and will only show if you have the USE_DEVELOPMENT_BUILDS flag set.

Upgrade 4.2.3 beta1 successful;)

Any idea when 4.2.3 will be released?  There's a fix in there I got to have before I can upgrade my forum from 4.1...I'm ready to make the move!

It's already available.  You will need to manually upgrade or send in a support ticket if you're on CiC.
