Hi, Had a issue with our email settings which has caused a backlog of failed emails (20 pages or so!) I can manually resend them one by one which works now the issue is fixed, is there anyway I can just re-send them all? Thanks! Marc

When setting the shipping rates, creating a new one using number of items purchased you can't ever seem to save one. Even the default value between 0 and 1 does not work. I tried all sorts of numbers and it's always the same response. Anyone else have this issue? CIC, 4.3.5 Thanks Jamie

I have been saying for a long time that there seems to be an issue with the IPB sitemap generator. I have been told by one member in particular whose name I shall not mention that the problem is with my site and not the sitemap, despite the fact that many others are reporting similar results. Before I go on, I am running 4.3.3 on a dedicated server. At one point two years ago I had almost 400k indexed pages in Google, however, after the Fred update and 4.2 upgrade I lost close to 300k indexed pages, at the lowest point I was down to about 92k indexed pages. Hey everyone! I currently have signatures set to a max of 4 lines. Most of my members use all 4 lines and one graphic (500x200). For some reason though, some of my members are reporting that they are getting an error message when their signature text hasn't exceeded 4 lines. I've been trying out different things trying to get the same error to come up on my own account (I even copy/pasted an entire paragraph of text in and was able to get it to go through, then pressed enter between each line and wasn't anymore?) This member says she is only pressing 'enter' once to get to the next line, and on my own account, I'm able to do this without a problem. So, I'm wondering…

Hey guys! Can I have a little help on my custom button codes? For some reason, they're not quite right, and I'm not fluent enough in html to figure out what's wrong. :/ For this button, I want members to be able to select their text and use this particular color (the reason we have it as a button is simply for the ease of access for when we ask members to color code certain posts, as opposed to them having to find the color we want.) I have an issue with preview text of emails sent by the Invision Community in Outlook (2019). When I receive an auto-generated email (e.g. a notice about an item that needs moderation), the preview line always says: <https://www.example.com/applications/core/interface/email/spacer.png> Here is a screenshot: What do I have to change in order to show actual preview text here? Is this an issue with IPS or a misconfiguration of Outlook? I do not have this issue with other emails though...

Have others found that particular members do not appear correctly within advanced member search? I have found that values I have gathered through "Select box" questions in the member profiles yield incomplete results in advanced member search (certain members do not appear when certain answers are selected). Though all of the members do appear in advanced search, I find that certain ones are mysteriously absent for certain "select box" search criteria. Any thoughts? Thank you!

I’ve just had a new member register (via Google) but with no name. Their history goes as far as “Linked Google account”. A new column has appeared in Members, called “Reserved”, where this member has been placed. What does “Reserved” mean? That their account is “reserved” until they next try to log in and fill in a name?

I have an ultra newbie question all-- I just purchased Pages and cannot seem to figure out how to begin configuring it. Do I need to redownload Invision via my Client Area and upload it within the "Applications" area of AdminCP or using my FTP client? I apologize if this is explained elsewhere on the site but I haven't been able to figure it out for the life of me 😕 As an aside, I have already populated my Forums with quite a bit of content so I am worried about overwriting or removing the content that is already there.

Hello, in my forum the users have the option to sign in wit username or email But only can access with username. if they use email the account is blocked I do not find any option in the AdminCP to correct this or I do not know if it is something wrong. Solved! I found the option in the Admin CP. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Is there any way to force all admins to use default adminCP theme? I have a bunch of admins who keep changing to my front end's theme which breaks their adminCP, and they complain that it's not working correctly. Ideally just disable the option to select other themes for adminCP would be great.

Hi all, I am writing to ask whether it is possible to embed a hyperlink in an external site that will take a member who is logged in to their particular profile within my Invision Board site. My observation is that the URL for the profile page of each member seems to contain the member's number followed by their username. Is there a way to bypass this in some sort of universal hyperlink? Does anyone know if it's possible and, if so, where I can go to in the server files to change default themes for adminCP, members, etc? I can't get into my adminCP right now and I think it might be a matter of switching the default adminCP skin back to "IPS Support" or "Default," and if I can do that through CPanel or something that would be great.

We just upgraded from 3.4.9 to 4.3, and I enabled reactions. I chose the option to show individual reactions. I was asked by one of our members to enable non-anonymous reactions, meaning to show the username of the people who reacted, and how they reacted - apparently other forums allow this, but I cannot seem to find a option to turn that on, even with extensions/plugins. Am I just missing something simple, or is this not possible out of the box?

When clubs first came out, clubs was able to be set to public, and still allow members to join. Anyone know how this can be done again? Its nice to know who is a fan of a club (football) without the need of stopping other fans joining in the topics Basically I want the "open" club, to allow members to join, but open up the topics to all members of the site, not just the club.

Is there any way to set a forum to not show its new topics/posts/etc on the Discover (All Activity) page? We have a "spoiler" forum, where people are allowed to discuss things without using spoiler tags, so it's a problem if this content is showing up on this page for everyone. Thanks!

Does anyone know where to go to enable the "External Blocks" feature? My understanding is that there are shortcodes that can be inserted into non-Invision Board-powered sites to display content from the system. I have not purchased the "Pages" functionality, if that makes a difference. Thanks!
