We redirect our Contact Us form (for guests) to created Support Requests. Right now they all come through with the title of "Support Request created via Contact Us Form". We would like to offer an optional subject line on the contact us form. Seems a simple request, but I cannot find the setting?

Good Morning! I would like to leave the "Thanks" button (Reactions) only in the first post of each topic and link the amount of thanks to the IPS4 invitation system. How could I do that? I have a site still running 3.4.9 (do not ask! 😰) which has experienced a malware intrusion. Inspecting the page source via Chrome I can see the following javascript block (highlighted with pink) planted within the header (shown top left in red). Could anyone please tell me which folder/directory would house that portion of ipboard_body code? I'm completely useless at finding where Invision places some of its code! Any help appreciated.

Hello, What would this mean? https://www.peopleandchat.org/#elNavTheme_menu when trying to change a theme. It won't change it but gives me this "/#elNavTheme_menu" instead of allowing me to pick from a list. The list won't even open.

Hi, If I post a link to an mp3 sound effect file in a forum post and mp3 is a permitted file type in AdminCP, is it supposed to rich embed with a relevant HTML5 audio player, even a basic one? Or is only supposed to work for actual uploaded mp3 attachments only? Many thanks!

I might be looking in the wrong place, but I haven't found a way to create a page in Pages that displays (pulls) the IPS advertisements. Is this possible directly through Pages? (Poor but simple) Example: Pull all active/enabled 728x90 ads and display them in a single column format on Pages? Pretty sure there are manual ways to do this by adding the ad key manually as described here: However, I want to try to automate this such that ad subscribers can purchase ad placement through the IPS Advertisements and then automatically display them on a given target page (such as by category). Dear All I hope you all had a good Christmas. We have a number of forums which we use for a short period of time before they are deleted. I wasn't sure who was deleting them so I checked the Admin logs. NOTHING appears in the Admin logs, yet clearly they are being deleted as they are no longer there. I'm missing something (probably obvious), but I can't work it out. Any suggestions? Many thanks Bill

I have an issue, that my sitemap is not updated anymore. SELECT * FROM `core_sitemap` ORDER BY `updated` ASC I get the date I have updated it manually last time, three days ago. I have made it manually as it was not updated for 4 days till there. I do not have any errors in admin logs. The tasks log of sitemapgenerator does not have any errors as well. But why there is no new content in sitemap? I have also sorted the table core_sitemap by last_id and see that new items are not in the sitemap. What can cause the issue? Edit: If I rebuild Sitemap manually from ACP, then it is up-to-date and contains new items as well.

Hi, I've found that this is not possible out of the box but custom code must be created instead. Tried searching the theme bits but cant locate where i would need to insert my custom banner code - Also tried searching the forums but couldnt find anything clear enough in layman terms on how to do this. Hello, This is probably a pretty amateurish question, but I need to change the color of text for non-selected menu items. If that doesn't make sense, please see attachment. Basically, I'd like to make the non-selected menu items (such as "Profile," "Manage Followed Content," etc.) be the same color as the Categories are (CONTENT, SETTINGS). Can someone point me in the right direction? I've looked around in the Theme Editor, but I am not sure what is the right place to edit, etc. Thanks in advance for any help. Zack

My main IPS site is a .org domain, and I recently purchased my domain in the .com.au iteration since I am a sole trader business operating in Australia and have read that having a .com.au domain extension can increase your visibility to and traffic from potential Australian clients. Seasons Greetings to all..... Just interested on getting some ideas/suggestions on the best way to handle the following; Several communities - merged into one using the conversion tools - once this is complete how would be best to keep all the old url's alive from several other domains to refer to the post on the new merged community. Effectively having the domains mapped to the new community so that search engine results still generate traffic to the specific post/thread until they are updated by the bots. Is there a fairly easy way to achieve it? Thanks
