Mass update notifications

I do have a notification setting that by default is currently set to inline notification. I can change the default, but it will only apply to new members. Can someone help me with the SQL query to disable the notification for all existing members as well?

I see the table core_notifications_preferences, but it has too few records to actually store all notification settings for all members. 

I know the usual disclaimer, backup first, no responsibility, etc, etc. 🙂 Thanks in advance.
