I've never seen anybody with zero posts at all – and we have just had an instance where a new user has joined the forum and made a single post so far and their post count is showing as zero https://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/topic/438194-cat-food/ Any ideas please?

Thanks to the advice in the earlier thread, I'm working on instructing staff about the use of the "Flag as Spammer" button. However, it seems that three of our staff groups see this button on any member's public profile page, but one staff group does not see it there. Where do I edit how that button is seen? Thanks!

A moderator inadvertently flagged a new member as a spammer. This has all been sorted out and the member reinstated in to the normal member group (his account was banned). However, we've cleared his Member Title in the profile area of the AdminCP, but on his public profile the title is showing as a "Rank" and shows the title of "Banned" in there. How do I delete that, since that profile field is showing as empty? Thanks. Added: Notice second attachment here as well. I have a Stripe account set up and integrated in my IPB community, and set to use Alipay. When I attempt a transaction, I am taken to a page on Alipay.com that says the following: How do I complete my setup so users can purchase items through Alipay? Hello I'm using two elements to cause fast page loading. <img data-src="{file='$file' extension='cms_Records'}" loading="lazy" style="height: auto;" class="ipsImage MangaImage" alt="..."> data-src and loading="lazy" My doubt is, does one thing cancel out the other or can maintain these two elements? I have a manga reader, the images are heavy.

If you click the "Flag as Spammer" on a member's account, will it block the use of the e-mail address associated with the account? We have a lot of banned members who were identified as spammers and only have a post count of 0-3. Right now, the accounts are just banned --- leaving them in the system to make sure that no user with the same e-mail address can register again. However, I'd like to be able to delete those accounts. Would I be able to "Flag as Spammer" to remove all content, delete the account and record the e-mail address as blocked in the system? Thanks!

I can't even submit a ticket via the AdminCP and the "Create Ticket" button in the client area here seems to not work at the moment. I tried installing a plugin for CKEditor via the "add button" function and it completely broke. I went into /applications/core/interface/ckeditor and tried to delete the plugin folder but that didn't help. Is there anywhere else I can look to fix this myself? The plugin was this.

Hello, I made some changes on default invision theme, and it was not able to upgrade to 4.6 properly, I tried to restore but doesn't worked, them I deleted it 🙂 (yes, I know) But I don't find anywere the default (this blue and white one) to download. I appreciate if someone can share with me the default and clear theme of invision .

Hi, with 4.6, we don't seem to be able to hover over somebody's name and see where they are currently viewing. And this is my imagination, I'm sure that we were able to hover over the online name of any particular user and it would tell us where they were currently viewing. Is this feature not available now? Or is there something that I haven't correctly configured with the new version? Thanks

SInce the update to 4.6 and once in a blue moon I get accounts being made with called "Guests" and after a while I have disable "Post Before Registering" and yet I still have 11 guests account. Nowhere to remove them and while looking at the profile they look the same as anyone else but with no email adress and whatnot, but what really makes my mad that those accounts gets awards from the thiredparty addon and also points from the "members store" addon. I have sent messges and support to one of the thiredparty devs to see if it's one of there plugins that is making it do so, however seems not. Looking at the errors logs and nothing ;(

On Vivaldi browser, pushing the button "sign in to marketplace" gives no reaction at all (no sign in pop up window opens). On Firefox trying to sign in via email gives this error: The funny thing, if I take the URL from above and paste it into the Vivaldi browser I can sign in finally.

Hopefully, this is an easy question, because I probably just don't have a setting right. But after installing the most current upgrade, a member is now able to login anonymously. They appear in the "Users Online" list like this: Our forum does not allow anonymous login or posting. The group that member is in has this setting on: Am I supposed to have settings elsewhere that also work to control this? Thanks!

We don't even have achievements enabled yet but the member titles of those who never edited them have all changed to "Newbie" which isn't great, but now I am wondering if when I enable them, everyone is started at zero, or are rules from previous contributions (now achievements) applied to the member accounts? For example there are rules for every 10th follower of an account, we have accounts with tens of followers, will that achievement get immediately applied then? And we have accounts with more than 500 posts, so does that achievement get applied too? I want to be sure what starting platform we have here, because although there is a ACP page that shows how ma…

Just out of curiosity because I'm not aware, after a developer submits an update to their app or plugin in the marketplace, how long does it take for IPS to approve it and for it to be live? Is it different for plugins vs apps? New vs update? I'm following two apps which are not yet available for 4.6 but the developers stated within their support topics that they submitted them last week. I'm just trying to level set my expectations and plan for upgrading some communities.

Hi, I'm using the 4 required nameservers with Invision, with the domain registered through GoDaddy. I'm not self-hosting. If I add the 2 required nameservers from Cloudflare in GoDaddy's settings, will it break the site? Would it be better to purchase an SSL from GoDaddy themselves and point the IP to Invision, rather than messing with nameservers? Thanks.
