Hi guys

Getting quite a few emails from new joiners who are saying the 'Validate my Email address' button isn't working. Some are able to get it on the second send. Just wondering how or where to troubleshoot this?

You should probably message support with this.

 Make sure it’s not a plugin issue first.

Did you ever figure out what was wrong? I am having the same problem with my test forum. Validate button goes gray but does nothing.
