So the last two recent updates have, for me, required an updated custom theme. The problem is that it cripples my site completely every time this happens - homepage is screwed and I can't log in to my adminCP - the login page only shows EX0 Something went wrong. Please try again. This is extremely irritating and I really wish there were a safeguard of some kind to revert to the default theme so that admins can log in and upload updated custom themes. Don't know if this is possible, but in the meantime is there a way I can FTP to my site and tweak some details to at least switch the theme that way?

We've created a number of challenges for our members which result in certain points being allocated upon completion. Is there an option to create a custom leaderboard based on certain criteria? This could be managed manually even.

Hello Team, I had to move my forum and website from an old server to a new server, this new server has php8.0. When I try to reach the admin pages, just after login, the following error appears : Fatal error: Cannot use "parent" when current class scope has no parent in /var/www/xxxxxxxxxxx/public/system/Theme/Theme.php(2632) : eval()'d code on line 27 I tested with php8.1 and now back to php8.0 Thanks for your help. Sorry about all the questions — now that a jotform → IPS post trigger is basically working I'm trying to make some display improvements in the posted topic. I'm trying to get the simplest form input type on the jotform side that will translate line breaks to the created post on the IPS side. Textarea: mapping the form textarea to post content strips out all line breaks in the post. Back to testing basic textarea. This is on a separate line as textarea input, with zap formatting yields The jotform submission log and notification emails preserve the line breaks as entered. I've been getting this random issue happening over the past 2 months (March and April) where an event will be created in the calendar with a set time. And then it will seemingly randomly change by 1 hour (perhaps after someone goes in to edit the description?) A few knowns: It has happened to events I have created (admin) as well as a (moderator) level It has happened to events created from different time zones and set in different time zones (Pacific and Central) It can SOMETIMES be edited back to the original time. Hello, I have noticed a little bug in the "Table Properties" window when you click on a table in the editor and then select "Table Properties" using the "Table" ckeditor plugin: https://ckeditor.com/cke4/addon/table This is what I get: As you see the "Headers" and "Alignment" options are not aligned ("None and "<not set>"). This happens with Firefox, but I guess it would be the same with other browsers. Is it possible to fix that? Thank you in advance!

Hi, our members reporting about issue with this email, let as example, a member following 6 forums, when he get email notify, he get about new contents that add to the 3 forums, and the rest as link "see all", before it show in the email the all new contents from the 6 forums he following. Good morning, I was recently making changes to some member groups. I have a group named Newbie and and when a new registration is attempted they get a registration email and when you click the link it does take you to the site however. Only shows the site advertisement, menu but no matter the link clicked in the menu it always goes to the STORE. This happens even if I manually create an account. Old members in that group still access the site like normal no changes. I have a rule for default account going to newbie group and after they post 1 message it changes them to Member +

First of I've got a downloads that is not working good at all. When members download a file now it shows a network error and stops. If you right click Chrome and tell it to resume it will finish the download with the error present yet. https://mopar1973man.com/files/file/173-mid-injector-tow-tune/ Which creates this... Hi, I offer subscription packages with multiple renewal terms. The terms that meant to cover future period are added to base price of the product (as this is the only way to get the money for subscription period paid in advance). Now, I created a coupon where I unmarked to apply to renewals. When new buyer comes, adds a product to the cart with a renewal term that is being added to the base price (due to the above explained reason) and uses the coupon he will get discount from total price base + added renewal. I use Mandrillapp to send emails Emails were sending fine I updated to latest version last week on both my forums on my server Both sites/forums now give me an authentication error when trying to send emails or bulk emails from the forums, including things like registration confirmation emails ec Error I'm getting (even when trying to send test emails) is IPS\Email\Outgoing\Exception: 535 Incorrect authentication data (535) I've checked and re-checked the email settings with Mandrillapp and they're bang on Any ideas anyone?

Hey all, maybe someone can help me out. I have been locked out of the admin CP, although I have the password stored in my browser. After 3 attempts I tried logging in again my typing the login details manually, when I got the message that my admin account was disabled and I had to wait 14 minutes. So I did and then I tried again, but I get the same error message over and over again. No matter how long I wait. Can I fix this inside the mysql database? Thanks for your help!

Hi, If I insert a link to a public IPS4.6 Gallery Album into a Wordpress post, should the link show some kind of preview like a rich embed or card etc? Both latest IPS Gallery and WP are on the same website domain/host. All I see at the moment is the clickable URL that leads to the album but in plain text, like this: I'm not expecting anything grandiose, it's not a Pages block I'm trying to embed, but I thought it should at least show the IPS Gallery's open graph image or sharing icons something, which made me wonder if it's configured properly.
