Whenever I click the API link in the Admin CP I immediately get redirected to the admin login page. Despite logging in with correct info, I am redirected to the login page again. Not seeing anything in error logs. Fresh install (< 2 months old), latest version, no custom admin CP theme. I've already tried disabling mod_security, cloudflare, and firewall.

Hello, Does anyone know what is happening? When I go onto my site, I get these banners. I confess, I haven't upgraded in a while. When I click Upgrade Now and go through the normal process, it gets to the "Applications" stage and then I get this: After that it takes me back from the site, and the Upgrade Notice banners come back. Anyone have any ideas for how I can upgrade the site? My thanks in advance, Invision Community!

Hi I created a custom user group and added the ability to lock and unlock own topic, but it's not working unless I active the "Can manage alerts?" access too But then there will be another issue, the users will be able to lock and unlock all topics, not just their own topics I am on latest version 4.7.3 PHP 8.1.9 MariaDB 10.6

Dear IPS Support, there seems to be an issue with topics created by a guest. (guest = deleted user) Latest IPS version is installed. Administrator/Moderator is not restricted. Topics where the creator is available can be closed. Please have a look.

The update process started and then I get the following screen saying it can't continue and it is stuck. I disabled the couple plugins/apps I had installed prior and still this happened. Hello, I have a page with lots of blocks, with some blocks also in the sidebar. If I open the page from mobile, I will first see all the blocks in the "main" page, and then at the end of the page all the blocks from the right sidebar. Is it possible to change the position of the sidebar blocks from mobile? If I open the page from desktop I see the first block of the sidebar at the very top of the page, but if I open it from mobile the block is at the end of the page. Can I choose to have the sidebar block at the top of the page (or at least in a higher position) from mobile view? Thank you! Balto

Hi team, I've a doubt. I need to keep updated my user list in ActiveCampaign by Zapier. I only can use the user group changes to segment the active and inactive users. So I can create a Zap to make this, but I see in the "Recent Account user Activity" that the primary group change in every renewal, even when payment is correct. First changes Member -> Old Member and then changes again from Old Member -> Member. Why? The user only renewal with a correct payment! Hi team, my zapier app send me some mails with error zaps sended by IPS. Zapier turn off the zap automatically by this error. I have created a zap when a IPS member is edited and send the email, name and primary group to update my client in ActiveCampaign. I update manually the user email with id=2330, IPS shoot a zap and ActiveCampaign receive empty fields and returns this error because not contains any ID or email. I've many errors in the last hours for the same zap and it looks an issue or bug in the zapier connection. I tried going to my client area and it says my license does not include email assistance??? I was getting the DB table warnings about changing from MyISAM to InnoDB and then table configuration not being dynamic in my control panel. I followed instructions on changing the tables to InnoDB and was successful. Checked my site and all was well. Found 25 tables that were "compact" and followed instructions to convert them to "dynamic" and checked my site and all was working. Hello An user change his email and due to the email server, never received the confirmation email. To unblock his account, I change his email in the admin. But he is not possible to login. See the error 25129/4 I tried to connect as him and add the same thing and have to deleted all my cookie to come back to the board. What we could do to free this account? Regards

Help! The tech support email in my client area doesn’t work to email for support requests (it gets bounced back saying it doesn’t recognize my email even though that is the correct email addrsss in my client area!!) and I’m locked out of my community because I accidentally moved myself out of my admin group!! To top it all off I was just trying to upgrade my account but I can’t do that because I only have a cell phone and it said I need a regular desktop. I have no access to a desktop! looking at connecting thrivecart with my invision community. Is there a way to make it one time login for both? Right now they have to log in 2 times - once for the thrivecart area and another for the community area. Kind of a pain, and would love for these two to talk and login both so the double login is gone. Previous I had the membership run on memberpress and there was a shared login - so one time login for both the content area and the invision community. Suggestions, ideas on how to make this happen using thrivecart now?

I was wondering if someone could help me. Is there a way to allow members to edit other member posts? Or maybe there is another way for what I'm trying to do. We use the Word Expansion feature to document the acronyms relevant to our community, nice little feature. Only problem is that it only seems to work for new posts and it doesn't update any existing posts using the word expansions/acronyms. Is there a way to force it to re-index them all? Thanks
