  1. Im not seeing any issues when I test on my end with this, adding it on my profile. Could I confirm if its here, or if its on registration? Also, please ensure you check this on a default unaltered theme & language pack, with all 3rd party items disabled

OK never mind, my smtp relay is actually screwing up my emails...

I disable it for the moment and will open a ticket with them. Sorry for the false issue...

Not a problem, these things happen. Glad to see you found the issue

  3. That email link actually appears to be broken there. Could I ask if you are seeing this on default language pack emails, as well as the ones which are generated in french? I ask as there appears to be quite a few areas in your language pack whereby &amp is showing where it shouldnt be, and that its &amp in the middle of that link which is causing issues

  4. Given what you said there at the end of your response, has the banned message been changed to that? If not, its unlikely that is the case. Could I ask if there is anything at the end of the URL, as mentioned by my colleague? Once we have that info, I think we will get this one into a ticket so we can take a closer look

  5. This is actually working as intended at present. A coupon is intended as a "used this time" item. So used in a single transaction. In this case, you are applying it to the initial purchase. Checking that it can be used for renewals means they could use the coupon code at checkout when they are paying for a renewal (that specific renewal). For something whereby you wish to allow a set group of people to receive a discounted rate going forward, you would use groups and apply a discount for the product to that group.
