  1. This has been responded to on your post in the bug tracker. Please post your error messages there, and we can then see what the issues are
  2. It will take time. When did you update to the latest release?
  3. You would need to post within the feedback area if you wish to see something like this appear within the core platform
  4. It will likely have been that you were marking them as spam as they came in, and so the support system will have then been binning them off right away.
  5. We do not have a specific recommended replacement. People are using multiple different things. Some have moved to custom apps, others are using external ticket systems, and some of those with integration from invision, some without
  6. It certainly shouldnt. If you see this happen on any other updates, please let us know and we can take a closer look.
  7. Thank you for your comments. Please feel free to post up within the feedback forum if you woul dlike to see additions like this in a future release
  8. There isnt at present
  9. Didnt quite make the cut off that one, but it does look to be resolved, so would expect it will be in 5.0.6 :)
  10. If you are seeing bugs, please post in the bug tracker here, as this is an old release topic. https://invisioncommunity.com/invision-community-5-bug-tracker/
  11. This does not look to be an issue. If you are selecting "Featured" which is the default, then you would indeed see an image if there is one in the post. I believe what you are looking for is the rows view
  12. Honestly wouldnt have even thought to look, since we're live :)
  13. Do you have a link to the bug report on that one? I can then take a look to see where its at for you :)
  14. May or may not be untested
  15. Your site appears to be online at present. Have you since resolved this? Please ensure you are taking regular backups, and always backup before an upgrade. This is especially important when you are upgrading to a beta. By definition, these may fail
  16. I would advise on reverting to your backup, then trying this upgrade again with beta 2. If you then still have the same issues, please let us know.
  17. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you. Ive checked and ensured thats unset for you now, so you shouldnt get them in future. Please dismiss the one there
  18. Opera is worse as a browser than sitting in the datacentre manually scouring hard disks
  19. Unfortunately you are referring to unsupported items here, so that would not be likely no.
  20. That is actually the last version of iOS 16, as that is the last version that was released for that device. We are currently on iOS 18, so that is quite outdated unfortunately (it came out nearly 8 years ago)
  21. Yes, we would certainly recommend doing so before anything else
  22. Please let us know if you are seeing this anywhere else, before you correct it, so we can see the issue
  23. What version of safari is the ipad on?
