  1. This may be what you are looking for :)
  2. Just taking a look, I cant see anything set up incorrectly. Do you have an example event that was created after the user started to follow that area? I can then see if I can trace what emails have or havent gone out
  3. As a work around, you could create a group for members you wish to remove or restrict he ability to react to. You can restrict reactions on any group from the 'Social' tab of any group.
  4. Please could you let me know which user you are logged in as yourself? Also which calendar, if you have more than one
  5. It looks to be an issue with your CSS there, so I suspect even if you put it on another page, you will have display issues. You would need to adjust your theme to suit
  6. Sorry to hear you're having issues there. You would need to contact your ad provider if your ads are causing you issue, unfortunately. We're not able to assist with issues caused by a 3rd party
  7. Your display template is modified, so I have created a new database template set there called "newdisplay" and set it to that. Please check now
  8. Have you tested this after removing the header code?
  9. That does indeed look like outdated templates there.
  10. There was a cloud issue generally which had to be resolved. Not something specific to your own site :)
  11. If you go to your client area and select your licence, you will see you can switch to the version 5 upgrade path there :) Let us know if you have any issues or you are unsure of course
  12. Glad to hear thats sorted it for you. If you see the same happen again, of course let us know
  13. Glad to hear you managed to get things sorted, Kev. Sorry to hear you felt you were being ridiculed there. That really wasn't the case. It just happened to be yours used as an example to say "Look, there isn't an issue with the upgrade itself". Don't want you to feel like you cant ask for help, as that's what we're here for 😊l
  14. OK so the "Highlight replies" option, highlights the post within the topic itself. The "Highlight items with replies" highlights he topic within the topic list (as an example) if a member of that group has replied to it. It will show a badge next to the topic. I have however noticed this shows only in classic view of the topic list though, so will get that reported as a bug
  15. The patch is indeed safe to install. For the most part, people who have had issues have had issues hosting side
  16. Of course, if there is anything specific you are trying to do that you are unsure of, please let us know :)
  17. Unfortunately, we're not able to assist with hosting related issues. You would be best to contact your hosting company if you are having issues with uploading too If you clicked on upgrade, and you had development builds enabled, you would get the latest beta
  18. What is it you are doing to revert there? You should be Restoring the database from your backup taken prior to upgrade Restoring your files from your backup You dont need to do an install here. Although to be honest, based on what I was seeing on your site, and mentioned on your ticket, it looks to be a permissions issue
  19. If you are reverting, you should revert to backup, rather than installing. Its worth noting there, that it seems you have development builds switched on, and so when you upgraded it upgraded to the latest beta rather than the latest stable. So you have issue with a test release unfortunately.
  20. Im not sure what you mean on this. It should always be the first thing attempted, and does indeed clear cache. If you were on 5.0.7 you needed only to run the upgrade shown in the admin CP, which is to a patched version of 5.0.7, unless your site was set to use beta versions. Having taken a look, there is a permission issue there somewhere. Please check uploads and all subfolders are writeable, which would be the usual cause.
  21. Tablet view is defined by just a narrower viewport, as is mobile. There isnt really anything more to it than that
  22. It would indeed depend on the resolution, yes
  23. Yes, that would be correct
  24. Your choice really. I would say if you are adding quite a few changes, you would probably be best to do it within the custom CSS in the theme editor.
  25. Try clicking to clear cache on the right. Updating to beta 2 wasnt needed to get the security patch by the way, unless you were already on beta 1. We released updates for the 5.0.7 and 4.7.20 releases too
