  1. Please let us know the net time you see the issue, and we can take a look
  2. Its just informing you that you have redis. Its not anything particularly wrong there. The issue with random posts, do you have any other caching on your server at all?
  3. Glad to hear it :) If there were issues when an extention was installed, please do ensure you report it to the author so they can resolve for others
  4. Thank you for your feedback, Aldro. We of course understand that for some, the change can be quite a bit. As much as we would have liked to continue with the legacy packages (and have done so for as long we can), it has been unsustainable to continue offering those packages. As I'm sure you may have read elsewhere already, we moved away from our old, more traditional infrastructure, to a true cloud solution which is quite a large investment as a company, which is something that had to be done in order to ensure we keep up with todays ever changing technology. Maintaining older legacy systems is simply not cost effective, unfortunately. If you require any further assistance, please feel free to open up a ticket, and I'd be happy to speak to you on a more account-specific level.
  5. Have you filled in the settings on System>Settings>Web App, in your admin CP?
  6. I would suggest getting them to update first of all. If they are on iOS 16.6.1 they are out of date on that version
  7. Any latest supported version really. What version is having the issue?
  8. We've opened a new bug report for you, and I've flagged it up as related to the other stuff.
  9. I must admit, I often feel the same
  10. Do you have a link for the bug reports for these so I can take a look and see whats happening?
  11. Please add that in the feedback forum as a suggestion for change. I have to admit its the first Ive seen it come up though, if Im honest
  12. There isnt anything built in to let you achieve that
  13. I do. Its in 5.0.10
  14. Only really on the site itself, as those other members have expressly decided they don't want bulk mail from you. You can of course ignore that, but I would very much advise against that. When you send a bulk mail, the last step before you click send tells you how many people it will send to
  15. Appears to be an issue only on firefox. I will get that reported internally
  16. They are mp4 (apart from the top one which is a youtube embed)
  17. Unfortunately I'm not really sure what to tell you there. I can play all videos no problem at all. It appears to be an issue on your end there
  18. Im not sure which videos you are looking at there, but all videos load here with no issues
  19. You are comparing a site which is in debug almost constantly to sites in production elsewhere. I would fully expect our site would be slower in your comparison. If you have issues with your cloud environment, please contact support. If you have specific feedback, please feel free to use the feedback forum provided.
  20. Its not possible your system would send to that many members. If you go to your member list, click on the cog icon, and select to see only those who allow bulk mail, you will see there are not that many it will send to
  21. I should have correctly said our retail offering does not have this. Of course, I checked
  22. Please let us know if this happens on beta 3 I've looped in Ehren on this in case its something intentional first of all. If not, we can get a bug report in for this one
  23. As mentioned by my colleague, we provide only internet based support at the present time. As a cloud customer you can create a ticket from your client area, or you can post here for support as needed. Is there something specific you are having issues with that I can assist with?
  24. Glad to see that sorted the issue for you
