  1. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

One thing I would say on here, is while I can see why @group may be handy, I would suggest that one for every member is probably not. I know personally I have removed myself from many facebook groups simply because that feature was introduced

  4. Have you tried just using the built-in topic feeds? Often the issue with applications such as you are using, is they are pulling data live from the database and polling constantly, and so using multiple queries constantly.
  5. Sorry for the confusion here. The reason you are seeing them on the left is because you are currently using fluid view. This is correct as per design. You would need modification to place them on the right as they are in the standard grid view.

  8. I cannot answer the other questions for you, as it depends on your own preferences. But in terms of sending mail from invision, you would indeed use the bulk mail option. You can of course use sendgrid for that provided you set it up in System>Integrations.
  9. Id start by simply disabling all of them from the support page.
  10. Running at the speed it is currently, you do really need your host to look. While it may well be something in the upgrade your server isnt liking for some reason, nothing should be running at that kind of speed. Its slower logged in it seems
  11. You will need to contact your hosting provider on the performance issues here. I can see you have quite a lot going on within the home page there, however even opening some simpler pages are taking quite some time to open
  12. Im not seeing any issues with unlocking records on this end. Could you please test this on a default theme, with no 3rd party items enabled, and ensure you are using default pages templates
  13. Sorry, Im a little confused as to the question there. You are asking where the notification goes if someone clicks to stop all email notifications, but if they stop all email notifications there of course isnt an email notification to go anywhere.
  14. There is no option within the platform to remove that entirely at the present time, unfortunately. Please feel free to post up within our feedback area if this is something you would like to see considered for a future release
  15. If you cannot reproduce the issue to take further screenshots, I can only really suggest letting us know if you see this happen again, and we can assist from there
  16. I get what you are saying there, but unfortunately there is no way in which to know what will or wont fail 🙂
  17. To be fair, backups before performing a large scale move, and having to revert when an external source fails, is still very much 2024 🙂
