  1. Taking a look now for you. Just escalated this for you. I see you are currently running a beta, so I suspect it may be an issue with that
  2. As above, have you checked the keys you are using to ensure those are correct first of all?
  3. Not sure what happened for you here, but Ive corrected it for you. Please let us know if you see it happen on the next beta, but I very much suspect you wont. It just looked like the upgrader hadn't been run for some reason. Doing some testing here to see if I can replicate it of course :)

  8. Thank you for your feedback on that. Note the package is not only for upgrades, but also for new installations. There are actually more than just upload that could be affected if you overwrite a folder entirely. For example, the applications folder. So its important only newer files are overwritten. Nothing should ever be deleted unless specifically requested This is now page builder, which you can find by selecting your name in the top right :) Could you screenshot where you mean on this one? I can then advise if its something you can change in settings, or something you would need customisation for Feel free to post as feedback within our feedback forum. We are certainly always open to change within the software. I'm assuming you are referring to new content feeds and all activity feed there?
  9. The confusion on this, is that currently you cant on version 5. Its something we have on our list though.
  10. Members->Staff->Moderators is where you would be looking. They would need the ability view, hide, and unhide content.

There were also the following things changed in recent versions In 4.7.18 this feature didn't work for you because it relied on Trending data that wasn't available for some peoples plans In 4.7.19 we made some changes so plans without the real-time trending features could still utilize the hot/popular topic badge, this also included adding the setting you're screenshotting to control the time period where the topic is marked HOT if it has trended in the last X minutes. In reality, 200 minutes is probably quite high. Unless you consider content to have been spoken about within the last 3 and a quarter hours to be hot topics. If so, they would be relevant. Both the topics sent are recent topics, and have been replied to multiple times, one in the last 200 mins. Anything with less than 3 replies is excluded entirely, so those items would indeed be relevant

As mentioned in the link above Replies: most valuable ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Topics that receive replies are the clearest sign a piece of content is trending. Reactions: valuable ⭐️⭐ Your members are engaging with other members’ topics and replies. That’s great in helping to decide what is trending, but ultimately we want members to comment. Views: somewhat valuable ⭐️ Visibility is important and plays a role in deciding whether a content item shows in the Trending Content section.
  15. Sorry, I should clarify. When I say its different, I mean its not defined by the setting itself. The setting defines which trending items show up. So it will only show items as being hot, if they are deemed to be a trending item within the time you set. There are a lot of things that could define an item as trending, from whether or not people are viewing it, or its getting a lot of replies etc.
  16. Hot topics would display exactly what you add there. So if you add 200 minutes, it would show anything which has been active within that time. Trending is a little different

  20. There isn't really a maximum size, other than your server limitations. In terms of what file types, these are shown under the uploader
  21. Without examples its not possible for me to properly comment. If you can provide this we can take a look
  22. People can remove themselves from being an expert, and they are told when they are marked as one. So its possible this may also be what you are seeing
  23. As with any feature on the platform, we have to make decisions on what the default state is. On this one, the default state is switched on (as with most new features, to be honest). Without an example, its not possible for me to really comment one way or another. If you can provide this, we can certainly take a look for you There isnt an option for this at present. If you remove someone from being an expert its permanent. You can however remove them by looking at the blocked experts list The only way to really do this would be to go in and remove experts from the list in the admin CP, and then remove them from the block list Please post a separate topic on this within our feedback area, if you wish to see changes in this area. Just so it doesn't get buried within a support topic :)
