  1. I have created a ticket for you on this, so we can look further into it
  2. I'll await a dev answering you on this, but personally I would say you should be using the API to do this, or creating an application to use the relevant functions to add items. Adding directly to the database isnt something we would ever recommend
  3. We're glad to hear you are excited. So are we! 🙂 As mentioned, please read up on the alpha site. We are certainly at that point where we are ready for a beta 🙂
  4. Please double check those details. The htaccess appears to be correct, but the admin login is incorrect
  5. Its where on the site I mean, rather than where on your image
  6. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  7. You are going to need to do a full upgrade. There is nothing I can give you to patch any vulnerabilities that have been patched throughout the 36 releases you are behind in software updates. You need to get together with your host to find out why your hosting is timing out. PHP 8.2 indeed will not work. You need to be using PHP 8.1. But I think you may be that far behind, you will need to upload all files, then switch to 8.1, then perform the upgrade. The reality is, the version you are using is coming up to being half a decade old. In terms of the issue itself. Could I ask if you are 100% sure its a vulnerability that is causing your issue? Have you changed passwords on any of the accounts in question to see if its still occuring? What you describe sounds very much like it could be account passwords that are being used, perhaps that have been gotten hold of somewhere outside of the software.
  8. The error in question is simply a new permission error (the original poster here). Yours are different SoloInter. Thats showing there are no posts for it to show. The URL there, is it perhaps a specific page?
  9. I cant see any way you would be able to do that without modification, unfortunately.
  10. Have you do anything on the site just prior to these starting to occur?
  11. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  12. Thank you for the answer. Its interesting to see what people would use these things for. The reason being, often you may be asking for the wrong things. Just from the above, you arent actually looking to validate all accounts. What you are actually looking for is to flag those 2 scenarios. The first one for example, might be worth a different suggestion, as what you are actually asking for there, is to have it flag when a user starts showing from a different country. The second, you should already be able to do. If there is a pattern in the structure of an email address, you can simply ban that structure of email address
  13. I would need details of the item, so I can take a look. Please provide the customer ID and also ensure your access details on file are up to date
  14. Im not sure I understand the bug there. What I can see in your images would be correct. We show the subforums as a list under the forum name as shown in your second image, and when you go into the forum itself, you can see that subforum as you have always been able to
  15. Sorry, you would need to be clearer what you mean here, as Im unsure where you are referring to
  16. Please try clearing your browser cache, and the sites cache from the admin CP. Im not able to replicate this one unfortunately
  17. So if you require admin to approve a changed email, and they are a valid member, how would the admin know thats not a valid email change?
  18. As a general rule, people tend to focus too much on what will be good for SEO, rather than what will be good for their users at times. Concentrate on the content, and google rankings will follow
  19. I'm not sure what you mean here by the web API not working with a desktop application. The API will actually not care what the source is, as long as its a source that is allowed (by this, I mean its not blocked in some way by having incorrect details, being banned etc)
  20. This is not something you are going to be able to achieve unfortunately. You can multiple add, but only on items you upload to the system, or pull from one of your systems directories. Without modification, you are only going to be able to do this individually. There is no way around it
  21. Then Im not sure on the issue there. The search, from what you said there, is correct
  22. Please could you give me the name of the user, so I can take a look for you?
  23. Are you saying you get that many that are incorrect, or do they actually match?
  24. Im not sure I understand your question there. As I said, you can use search, just dont add the extra to the end of it, as I mention above So if you have a file thisimagenamehere.png.4a45406aa3adedeb508fc7c996e044b7.png you would be searching thisimagenamehere.png
