  1. It actually depends on the template your pages database is using for records. Pages->Page Management->Templates is where they are all kept.
  2. If you go to the following location, you can change this Members > PII & Deletion Requests > Settings In terms of the ones you belive have been deleted, there is only really admin who could have deleted these, unless you have a 3rd party tool dealing with members in any way? If you have some examples, and update you login details on file, I can certainly take a look for you.
  3. If there are accounts being deleted then the only way that can happen in the core system is if admin is deleting them, either through request or through the admin CP. As mentioned above, you should check your admin logs first of all
  4. Just to let you know, I've seen your other request also and sent that request to be looked into. I hadnt responded myself, so just wanted to let you know its been seen 🙂
  5. So we appear to have a larger issue here, in that the location you have provided does not appear to be associated with the site itself.
  6. There is still no write permission unfortunately.
  7. Its an image just uploaded on a topic, which is uploading fine here (even the very same image) so unlikely
  8. Taking a look at the email logs our end, they are indeed being delivered to your members
  9. No problem at all. Glad to hear you have the issue resolved
  10. It doesnt, no. If you are looking to change your domain, please follow the instructions here
  11. Sorry to hear you feel our responses are unhelpful. We can only really respond with the correct answers, as we see them. It would be worth posting a new topic within this forum. Ensure you post up the full details of your server, as it may help people to assist you https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/forum/524-classic-self-hosted-technical-help/
  12. While I understand your frustration, this is something that is working within the software, and we are not the company supporting your server environment. We have at present Checked the image in question on your site Asked for a copy of the image in question, and checked that to ensure its showing as we would expect Tested this on an unaltered instance in development, and in the test area on this site Suggested that you run a compatible version of PHP We are unable to support your environment. Our current advise is to ensure you are running your site in a compatible environment, and if that is then still not working to contact your hosting company. Your answers to the 2 of those are that you are not willing to downgrade PHP to a version which is compatible with the platform, and that you are the host yourself.
  13. Please ensure that the login on file for sftp has full read/write permission. At present it doesnt, so we are unable to assist further at this stage
  14. I believe this may actually be because of where they can be promoted to, however I am going to tag developers to see if we can confirm this.
  15. I think you may be missing the point here. The software itself does not support PHP 8.2. Things will break.
  16. Im not actually able to replicate this on my end. Its showing as it should be with no problem. Please ensure you have no 3rd party items enabled, and that you are using a default unaltered theme
  17. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  18. If you go to the same area you set up the external login, you should be able to edit the standard login handler, and disable that for front end
  19. Could you please give me an example member? I can then take a look on your site and see what is wrong there.
  20. Version 5 of the software is currently in alpha testing, so cannot be used on your site quite yet
  21. It is indeed possible if there are issues with smtp on the server. As the emails are indeed being sent, you would need to investigate alongside your hosting company to ascertain why emails are not being sent via the SMTP method
  22. I'm not sure I understand what you are asking for here. The intention of the platform is to make life easy for users. Its not clear why exactly you would want people not to be able to download calendar entries
  23. Please could you confirm you ae referring to emails, not on site notifications?
  24. This is an admin notification option. If you log in to the admin CP, and click the notification icon there, you can change your own settings for notifications, including recieving an email when someone registers.
  25. If your tables arent in UTF8MB4, the upgrader will prompt to convert them
