  1. This is not something available within the software at the present time, assuming you are referring to when you create a topic itself
  2. Not at present. I have however moved your topic to our feedback forum
  3. If you have uploaded everything and the files arent present but present in the zip, you havent uploaded everything
  4. Yes, they will be missing as you havent yet uploaded them.
  5. This is indeed correct. I would suggest having a look through the provider directory to see if there is someone you can perhaps employ to assist with this if you are having issues. https://invisioncommunity.com/third-party/providers-directory/
  6. We switched from legacy API use from stripe quite some time ago
  7. Of course the theme as a whole is more lightweight on version 5, so I would certainly expect it to be more responsive. I would say however, if its not actually opening thats very likely to be the device rather than the site. To check this, please check the site on a browser
  8. Please let us know once that is available
  9. Are you 100% sure of that? There are no lists anywhere where someone has used the same username? It is very very likely there are username, email, password combinations out there.
  10. Please could you provide more information on what database this is, so we can take a look?
  11. I would need an example in order to take a look for you. If you can give me a member ID for example
  12. No, you would be uploading files via FTP. Not via the admin CP. I have to be honest here and say I really really would advise getting someone to assist you with actually doing this if you are unsure, as you can break your site. It also may be worth at taking a look at our cloud solution rather than self hosted, if you are not sure on hosting of your site
  13. Im not sure I understand what the question is there. Please take a look at the guide shown by my colleague that shows exactly how to use your test license key
  14. Go to System>Site Features>Applications and see if converters are listed thee. You need to be uploading all files and folders. You should be merging with what you already have. If you are unsure on this, you should really get someone to assist you
  15. It depends if you have the converters installed on your site. If you have never done a conversion, then no
  16. You upload the contents of the zip, not the zip itself
  17. There is no way in which to manually do this. Its done from the admin CP. You should be able to navigate still, even without the CSS etc
  18. Yes, it will indeed assign experts based on forums, so that its showing experts only in that particular forum. So if you wanted to split this up, thats the way you would do it. Although, to be honest, I would suggest splitting forums up by area regardless of that feature, as that is essentially the idea of being able to create multiple forums. It would be worth having a read of this
  19. Looking at what you have there, try using recovery mode https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/client-services/getting-support-r292/ Also, try emptying the datastore folder of everything other than the index file If these fail, I would suggest reverting to the backup taken before these changes
  20. @Philooo - Its worth noting here that switching to email login is advised, and has been for quite some time in your admin CP. If you are using display name, then half the login details are essentially already known.
