  1. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  2. The above is correct. This is a hosting issue
  3. You would use only one test key, and should indeed use a separate folder. Thats the intention of the test license key.
  4. You should be fine with that version. Maybe run a test with a test instance first if you are unsure
  5. Is it showing like that on a default theme for you also?
  6. There is no facility in which to switch these off at present
  7. Please ensure you post what the issue is here, not in notes. There isnt anything in your note there that is private I believe this is likely what you are seeing (in profile settings)
  8. "Only getting security updates" is not the same as "Not getting active support". We support 8.1 which is supported at present. Our next major release supports 8.2.
  9. Glad to hear you resolved the problem
  10. There isnt really any other way I can answer, but for what has already been answered here really. We are removing 'only' the physical item elements. So what you do with custom fields would of course be up to yourself.
  11. Glad to hear you got that resolved

  13. You wouldn't other than seeing it appear in blogs or release notes. Its important to know that suggestions do not necessarily mean they will be added. In many cases they won't, and in others it may be a considerable amount of time before they are, as they would be things we would put into our over all goals for the product.
  14. OK. I'm not sure what we can do to assist you with that. As mentioned previously, we don't send your emails. Your hosting company sends your emails. The deprecated message, if its showing up on your production environment, means your production environment isn't actually set up correctly. You should not have deprecated warnings enabled for a production environment. I fully understand your frustration of course. I'm simply trying to ensure you have the correct information and that you are going to the correct place to get the help you need. At present you are asking your software company to help you fix a hosting issue.
  15. I feel you may be misunderstanding the meaning of "deprecated". This doesnt mean it doesnt exist, nor that it doesnt work. It means you probably shouldnt use it. It doesnt mean it is not supported
  16. You would need to contact your hosting company if you are having issues with PHP mail. We simply pass it to your server. We dont deal with the emailing itself
  17. I believe what you are likely wanted here is guests not to see anything, just based on what I can see there. if so, you would go to the guests group, and switch "Can access site" off. They would then only see the login
  18. This isnt something available in version 5, no. (I believe thats what you are asking?). Actually when I test my end on edge, its an edge shortcut
  19. Just to confirm, we dont add public roadmaps. So if this was to be added, you would see this either in a blog or in release notes generally
  20. There isnt a function for this at present unfortunately, no. Do feel free to post up a suggestion within our feedback area
  21. Pleas ensure you are doing a full backup of both files and database before you do this process. As mentioned a few times above, it may be advisable to get someone to assist you in doing this
  22. In the case of an item such as that, it would indeed be blank, so the warning would probably be valid
