  13. This is actually a bug, as mentioned in your topic We're still actually going through this on your topic. Its worth going through that first before ascertaining you have something missing 🙂
  14. This is an old topic. The issues related to that were resolved a few weeks ago. If you are having issues now, I would need to know what is happening at the time you experience these. Note, we are aware of an issue yesterday which was resolved
  15. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

  17. There was indeed an issue over the weekend, which has since been resolved. if you have been having issues for several days, this is not related to the issues others were experiencing. I can see you have a ticket in currently that has been escalated Sorry to see you have had issues as soon as you have migrated over. This is simply unfortunate timing unfortunately. I would say, almost no outages in 7 years is very very unusual. Even, for example, facebook, microsoft, and google have had times of significant outage in that time, so that is indeed pretty impressive. That said, we of course dont want any downtime if we can help it. We have identified the cause internally, and have put things in place to remedy the issue.
  18. Just to confirm, in any new v4 install, the Commerce->support section will not be visible, as we dont advise it being set up for new sites. If you are moving the site, you shouldnt need to do a new install by the way. Not sure if there is a reason you have done that?
  19. Do you want guests to be able to purchase these items at all? Or are these items that are only for existing members?

  21. Badges are awarded only once. In terms of a rebuild, there wouldnt be alerts sent out on items during a rebuild.
  22. Unfortunately its difficult to see why they would have been showing as anonymous, without being able to see the issue in action itself. Have you asked the user at all, if they are aware or it?
