  1. Indeed you need to check your connection details in conf_global.php . If nothing has changed in there, you need to contact your hosting company
  2. To confirm, you have now disabled this, or it was already disabled?
  3. Glad to hear you managed to get that resolved 🙂
  4. Im not sure I understand your question there, given Jim mentioned he has created a bug report 🙂
  5. If its 2 actual sites, you will need 2 licenses in order to do this.
  6. You need to check with your hosting provider to see what is using the CPU. If its sql (I suspect it will be) then you need to see what exactly is running. Adding slow query logging may help you to ascertain this
  7. Please upload a fresh set of files from your client area, then try visiting /admin/upgrade again. This would indicate that for some reason the files were not downloaded or unpacked properly on the server
  8. Could I confirm you have now updated to the final release? Also please ensure you are disabling everything before testing, as I note in your screenshot there are 3rd party items loaded there
  9. Moderation is management of the front end of your site. Administration is management from the back end of your site. From your description there, it works exactly as forums do. Clubs are a front end item, that are created by members (including managing that club). Moderators can manage that front end content if they are given the permission. In the same way, forums are created in the back end and created by administrators. Other administrators can manage them, provided they are given the permission.
  10. Please update your site to the latest release of the platform. You appears to be quite behind at present and I believe this was resolved
  11. People have manually added links there. You would need redirects from your old domain in order to correct that
  12. In all honesty, I wouldnt jump to conclusions on a topic such as that. You are doing the correct thing at the moment with INNODB, which is actually the most likely to be causing you issues at this point
  13. You would get the login page only if you are not logged in as admin on the front end before you begin. Could that perhaps be the case?
  14. It would remove all their permission to do things in clubs. There isn't really any way around that.
  15. First 3 things I would check here are Disable all 3rd party items, including your theme, and then test again Check your htaccess file, and ensure you are using only the default invision set Check your server error logs as you are getting a white page
  16. Please could you let me know which site you are converting from and to so i can take a look?
  17. If you are looking to start on forums, then this would be your best starting point 🙂
  18. I have just seen your email there. It was under a different email address. Please note, this was sent only an hour ago. As I mentioned above, you need to ensure the redirect is not in place while you reset this. I have gone ahead and reset on this occasion for you.
  19. You would need to remove the redirect you have in place from your old URL to the new URL, then click to change URL in your client area. At present you are not licensed for the URL you are using as you haven't reset it. I cant see any mail from you on the email on file by the way. Ensure you are using the contact form at the bottom of the page, and select accounts for any account-related queries.
  20. There are quite a few things being reviewed in this. Im sure this will be too 🙂
  21. Indeed, as mentioned my Stuart in the topic above, performance is something actively being worked on
  22. Good catch. I thought he was referring to when resetting 🙂
  23. This would not be possible in clubs, as the intention there is that anyone can add content that is a member of that club.
  24. It means users can write a review (feedback) on files they have downloaded.
