  1. It may be a manual upload yet. As Daniel mentioned, it does look like you didnt have all files there
  2. I have escalated both of your tickets there. It looks like there have been some specific issues with your sites. Someone will be in contact as soon as possible.
  3. Please post topics in English only. We do not offer support in any other language at present. The error you see there is a hosting issue. You would need to contact your hosting company on this.
  4. We're looking into it. Thank you for letting us know
  5. No problem at all 🙂
  6. Ah, you are indeed correct. Ive just taken a look and cant see you can get those at present. However I have tagged developers on this, to see if its possible to get elsewhere
  7. I could see the shadow, which is why I was asking. However hadnt caught it was only after saving its disappearing. I can replicate this also
  8. You can certainly update to version 5 on the community classic license, yes 🙂
  9. Glad to hear you got yourself updated 🙂
  10. Im not able to replicate this. Are you sure its not just its quite a small change? If you move the slider to the top and back, are you seeing it change?
  11. Have you cleared cache in the admin CP? I really dont want to mislead people to thinking its ok to update their production sites, to be honest
  12. Changed Status to Duplicate
  13. Reported this as a bug on the other report as it has more details on there, but the above seems to resolve it for now
  14. S3 can already be used for files, if thats what you are asking? New storage methods are created in System -> Overview -> Files -> Storage Settings -> Configurations
  15. OK. Please confirm once you have updated access
  16. You would upload a fresh set of files over the existing ones, then visit /admin/upgrade if you want to test. Note, there has been limited testing on the upgrader at present
  17. Have you checked permissions on the 2 fields? If so, could you please provide me with access details to that instance in your client area?
  18. This isnt something that is an auto slider at present
  19. Sorry, there is some confusion there. Yours will indeed run on traffic. As mentioned by Stuart though, thats fine.
  20. No problem at all 🙂
  21. I can indeed. By default your softwares tasks will run with the "Run with traffic" option. This means tasks that are scheduled will run bits at a time, as people browse your site. This is because the site itself is essentially stateless (it only does something when you actively request it to do something). What you can do is create a cron job on your server, which is a server task that called the tasks on your site (It does the "request it to do something" part on a schedule). If you take a look at the guide here, it shows where this is done. If you're unsure how to set up a cron job, you would need to contact your hosting company
  22. For the most part, upgrades tend to be from the admin CP. However there will be occasions, such as large upgrades like this, where file upload is required to upgrade We would not do upgrades on your behalf on a self hosted environment. The $199 a year is what you pay for continued updates on your software, and IPS support and services. We agree! We created a cloud based product just for that reason. Feel free to reach out if you would rather not have to deal with hosting of the platform, and would like to convert over to our cloud platform.
  23. E_NOTICE would be another. If its then still showing, you need to check with your hosting company, as it shouldnt be
