  1. Any suggestions would need to be added to the feedback area, but we would not necessarily feedback on all suggestions
  2. Dangerous those thoughts you know? :) Some very old ones, yes. We actually have quite a few different legacy items knocking around. Dont worry, if you have one we will inform via email once we're ready :)
  3. It’s simply a product decision we made, nothing more really. As with most companies, we are offering different features at different levels. That particular feature isn’t available in classic, and it’s not included in all cloud packages either. Its available only from creator pro and above.
  4. "Always" will show that setting always, no matter who you are. "Never" will never show that setting, no matter who you are
  5. I'm not sure an actual date for removal has been set yet, so you are good for now. However its not possible to update to version 5 until you make that switch over. Is there anything I can help you with in making that transition?
  6. They are within your normal language pack. There isnt a separate one for email :)
  7. Completely understand what you're saying, and also agree. I have myself. However it would tend to affect everyone
  8. The member is a member of "E-member" which has no permission to see or interact with that forum at all, and a member of " Beacon web-users" which can see the forum and topics, but has no permission to create new topics or reply to existing ones
  9. What you are seeing there looks to be permission based. Could you let me know the name of the user, and the area? I can then take a look
  10. If the issue has corrected itself for some and you have it now only for one user, it can only really be on the user end. Otherwise everyone would still have the same issue
  11. Are you seeing this only on firefox? It can only really be browser of server cache related I suspect, and since you are cloud I believe its probably the former (or everyone would have the same issue)
  12. That’ll do it. Glad you got what you needed
  13. You didnt miss anything there. Its not possible to change root URLs within the software
  14. Please could you let me know the name of the field? I can then take a look for you and let you know the issue
  15. You can do this on feeds, not on search. Searches will search content items and comments.
  16. We have an update coming for that one
  17. Excellent. Glad to hear you managed to get upgraded :)
  18. There isnt a way in which to do this at the present time, unfortunately.
  19. If you are looking to remove search altogether, you can actually just remove permission for the search module. If you go to System>Site Features>Applications and expand the system application, you will see the search module there. Click the lock and adjust accordingly
  20. You should be good to go ahead with the upgrade now @R G
  21. This will likely be related to an ongoing ticket, as the site is placed in a different 'mode' for debugging. I'll check if this is finished with so you can get upgraded, and get back to you
  22. Let us know if you are still seeing an issue on 5.0.9. I would need to know who you are logged in as of course
  23. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  24. Please could you screenshot each of those different types of event, showing what you believe is missing, as Im not sure Im following (Excuse the pun)
  25. Ive created a ticket on this for you, so we can take a closer look
