  1. Again, you havent actually answered what is happening on the first item when you visit with /index.php It does sound here like there may be an issue with rewrites on your server
  2. Make sure you site is up to date, and indeed I would advise you block that IP. Something is clearly intentionally trying to hammer your server with requests
  3. With the first one, there is no way in which to order those at the present time, unfortunatly. Please feel free to post this up in our suggestions forum if you wish to see this in a future release. The only way to disable items is to ensure you dont have the permissions to view them. If you can view them, then they will appear. There is no way around that. Usually however, you would see "Everywhere" as the first item, then topics. Its not clear from the language pack there what it showing at the top
  4. Any private information you can add to your access detail notes in the client area. We have access to the site already, and if all else fails we still have the ability to create a ticket from a topic.
  5. It should be online now. If you see any further issues, please let us know.
  6. Yes, it should be online now. If you see any further issues, please let us know.

We’ll have the issue fixed as as soon as we are able, and appreciate your patience while this is being handled. You can monitor the issue on our status page here: https://status.invisioncommunity.com/ Thank you.

  12. While I understand what you are saying there, the 403 is coming from your server environment
  13. Something on your server is blocking those. You would need to contact your hosting company on this to check what it is. Items such as mod_security, securi and similar can cause this
  14. No need really. I will do some testing here and see how I get on with that. If its specific only to your own upgrade, it wouldnt need much doing here. If its not, I should be able to replicate anyway. Thank you anyway
  15. Easiest support issue ever! :D Glad you found what you needed
  16. I have created a ticket for you so that we can take a closer look
  17. Sorry, its not clear what you mean here. You mean you are logged in as the user? If so, which user?
  18. You dont seem to have answered what the first one is doing there. The second, there isnt actually an issue with.
  19. Thats excellent to hear. Thank you for the feedback
  20. I have not seen any other reports of this happening here. Sorry to see you were having issues. Could you let me know the exact rules you had set up, and I can certainly then try to replicate it. It would however seem likely that its something that has happened on your own instance during upgrade
  21. This is something you would be best to discuss with your hosting company. There are ways you can do so by creating your own sql scripts, as seen here, but this is outside the scope of our support and not something I would advise undertaking at all if you are unsure what you are doing https://stackoverflow.com/questions/3856435/how-to-convert-all-tables-from-myisam-into-innodb
  22. Relooking at this, what exactly is the first one doing? The topic one would not work, as thats not actually a URL even without rewrites.
  23. I have split this into a new topic, as its not the same issue there. Please let me know which user you attempted that upgrade on, so I can then take a look
