  1. This is not something that dropped off the starter plan. In fact the starter plan was always stated not to allow custom items. The fact it allowed their installation was actually a bug, which was resolved. Our growth plan is what you would need if you plan on using custom items
  2. As mentioned above, its likely something is blocking this. Securi is another prime candidate, as is cloudflare. You would really need to check with your host
  3. Indeed, this is the issue here. A specific VIP subscription was looking to be targetted
  4. Ah I see. Thank you for that. Indeed that is correct. Its certainly not something we would take into account, and as mentioned, they would not actually have the link for an attachment unless they are provided it, as if they have to fill in their profile they would not be able to get to where that attachment is
  5. There is no specific size, as it will change based on the size of the screen
  6. The renewal itself works in the same manner as subscriptions.
  7. Sorry, Im really not sure what you mean here. Please provide a step by step as to what is happening here. You stated it doesnt need anyone to provide a link, however in your example thats exactly what would be needed as otherwise they would not have a link to click
  8. There is no way in which to add a test environment on the cloud platform at the present time.
  9. If its only when you have that in the code, you would need to remove it, as that isnt our code there. I have added notes to this ticket so we can get clarification from our developers on whether or not it should be redirecting when visiting index.php directly
  10. You would simply edit the guest group in the admin CP and set "can use site" to off.
  11. If it's a failed to connect issue, you need to contact your hosting company on this, as there is something blocking it somewhere
  12. There isnt at the present time. If you are having issues with new members posting spam, maybe set them to moderation to begin with. However the best way to deal with this would generally be to ensure they cannot get to the site in the first place, by ensuring you have all spam prevention measures in place. We tend to find a lot of people dont https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/how-to-use-ips-community-suite/managing-members/spam-prevention-r9/
  13. Glad to hear that sorted out the issue for you
  14. The changing of what it says on the stream you would need to post up as a suggestion if you wish for it to be changed there. However the fact it is being moved up when its edited depends on your own settings. On the settings of your database on the options tab there is an "Update the last action" item. This will be set to one of the top 2 options, which are either "When the item is edited or a new comment is made" or "When the item is edited only"
  15. I have created a bug report for this for you, so that it can be taken a look at for you
  16. Please check your language pack there. It seems this may be out of date, and is probably what is causing your issue
  17. There are no longer any CNAME entries on your domain that point to our servers. It seems someone has amended your CNAME entries
  18. I have split this into a new topic. It looks like the init.php file may be out of date. Please upload a fresh set of files from your client area first of all, and see if this resolves your issue
  19. You have quite a lot of 3rd party things going on there. I would advise first of all disabling these, then checking again to see if you are getting the same problem
  20. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

  22. Could I please confirm this is the standard Amazon storage method, and not an alternative?
  23. Given we are now on 15.1, the advice would be to update to the latest instance of safari on this one. This is now quite a bit behind
