  1. As mentioned above, that is not something possible at present.
  2. Are you working in developer mode on your facebook application? What issue is it you are having when you are trying to use it with other accounts?
  3. The larger the file, the more it will take to process it. So you may well indeed need increase it more
  4. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.   5. Try clearing your browser cache, and also ensure you dont have anything like adblock running
  6. If you log in as that user, you will see he has you on ignore for messages, which is why you cannot send them private messages on your site. You can remove the ability to ignore members of groups within each group, by changing the "Can be ignored?" setting
  7. I would need a specific example of what you are seeing. As mentioned by my colleague, if you are referring to locale, that does not change icons or languages other than formats

  9. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  10. You still appear to have a site at your current URL. So you would not be able to reset it until you removed that installation
  11. There isnt something in which would allow you to change permissions like that at present unfortunately. You would need custom development for this
  12. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset this by selecting to log in, then selecting "forgot your password?" to reset it. Please let us know if you then have further issues.
  13. Glad you found what you are looking for there Just to note with this one, we didnt provide support via the community at that time, and quite a considerable amount has changed in that time. In fact it would have been a very early release
  14. That error message indicates an issue in your file storage configuration. Have you checked any constants.php file you may have?
  15. Have you tested adding just some static text in there to ensure its showing up? Without the classes etc? I'm not one of the developers myself, but I noticed in your code there its actually showing "display: none" , which would indicate to me its not going to show anywhere
  16. From the point of the software, it only really cares its all seeing the same database, and seeing the latest files. We cant really answer as to where you have to upload files on your particular setup.
  17. Please could you provide me with a link to the club, the name you are trying to reinvite, and the username you are logged in as? Also, please ensure all access details on file are up to date. We can then take a look for you and see whats going on
  18. There is no specific integration related to commerce for analytics at present. If its something you would like to see added at some point, please feel free to add this to our suggestions area. At present, the only integration with google analytics would be that of which you can enter in System->Site Features->Integration
  19. The question there is something that would need to be asked of your hosting company, rather than ourselves.. We would not be able to assist with your hosting setup. As I mentioned above, when the key gets to your system, it is incorrect unfortunately. We are unable to help debugging of your application to see why this is the case.
  20. Ah, indeed thats likely causing the problem there. If a user is clearing things each and every time visiting, the system would see it as the user visiting every time. As mentioned by Matt, having an option to switch this off would probably be useful in this scenario
  21. This is an old topic, but for anyone else also looking, this is now in System->Site Features->Integrations. I have hidden the other solution and marked this one instead to resolve confusion
  22. Are you the leader of that club? As mentioned in the message on removal, they would not be able to join again unless invited by a leader, if they are removed by someone.
  23. Just to note here, if you are referring to the issue in Adrianos plugin, you would need to await an update to that item to resolve the issue
  24. As mentioned, this will be resolved as soon as we release the next beta. We would not add untested code onto the cloud platform.
  25. I would suggest disabling all 3rd party items before you test. You have quite a lot there, and some of which are directly integrated with those areas where people log in.
