  1. The issue here it seems is that your phone is stripping the EXIF data. This being the case, there isnt anything at all that the software can do to correct this issue. The setting for this is in System>Overview>Files>Image settings when using ImageMagick

  5. I will mark this one solved, as this one was certainly related to the language pack they were set on. We can continue conversation on the other topic about 3rd party items if needed
  6. That screen would indicate there is an issue with your server somewhere. You would need to check your server error logs on that. I cannot tell you more than that from that screen, as cloudflare provides a catch all error of 520. With regards IP address, we can only show what your server shows. Its very likely cloudflare is masking the IPs by proxying them. You can bypass this by switching on this setting - "Trust IP addresses provided by proxies?" , which can be found here System>Settings>Advanced Configuration
  7. Its actually a full release, so you should not test on the latest release of the platform. There are no known issues with that on the latest release Please of course let us know either way

  13. Unfortunately you would indeed then need to contact the authors of the applications you cannot disable/enable for support. I cannot tell you try it would be that this is the case.

  16. When you did which? When you changed the language in the top right, or when you disabled one of the language packs?

  20. We would not remove that option, as there may well be valid reasons a user needs to use that
  21. This is because you now have 2 language packs enabled. You may want to then disable the other. Change your language pack in the top right of your admin CP yourself too, as thats is why you will still be seeing that language string
  22. Ok. You have a language pack "English (AU) Default" which was disabled. Since that is where the language strings were set, you are missing them on your current language pack. I have enabled that language pack. Please take a look

  24. While I agree here, we are unable to assist with items that are both retrofit (blaze) and files being changed. While I understand what you are trying to achieve there by changing them, this would unfortunately not change the stance that we cannot assist while there are altered files.
  25. As mentioned above, it is an issue whereby the server is unable to upload due to a limitation. This tends to be upload_max_filesize or memory_limit
