  1. Just to note here, if you are referring to the issue in Adrianos plugin, you would need to await an update to that item to resolve the issue
  2. As mentioned, this will be resolved as soon as we release the next beta. We would not add untested code onto the cloud platform.
  3. I would suggest disabling all 3rd party items before you test. You have quite a lot there, and some of which are directly integrated with those areas where people log in.
  4. Please contact your hosting to see if any caching on litespeed can be switched off. It does need to be noted here that we provide only limited support when hosted on environments alternative to apache
  5. There isn't really any other way within the software I can think do do what you are looking for at present, unfortunately. I will come back if I have any other thoughts of course, but thats all I have at present

  8. You can add custom profile fields to the member card at the side of a post, in the manner shown in the guide below. With regard displaying awards, and existing fields, you would need customisation in order to achieve this. Take a look at the display formatting section specifically on these, and if you have any questions, please let us know.

  12. In the following location, you will see a "Require customer's real name and Billing Address" setting you can select for donations. In a lot of cases it's a good idea to have this set up in any case, as some methods of payment will not be allowed to be used without it. Commerce->Payments->Settings->Checkout
  13. We generally have beta releases out in quick succession, so you wont be waiting weeks, don't worry.
  14. As you can get into the admin CP, the simplest way to do this is to disable an application in System>Site Features>Applications, then reenable it. That will rebuild those
  15. The only way to do so without setting up, would be to sent them messages via the private message system on the site. However alternatively there are these ways Set up private forums for the members who want them. The downfall of this is it could end up with many forums. You would need to set up each member in their own usergroup and assign those groups accordingly, so its not the tidiest of solutions You could set up a club for each of the parents. You would set it as a private invite only club, and invite the parents to that club. The advantage to this being you could invite more than one person (for example both parents are on the site) to that club, and add nodes of your choice to it Another solution would be to have them post a topic in a forum which is set to show topics only to the member who posted them. You could then reply to that topic with updates on the child. There isnt really anything I can think of that would be a one click solution as you mention above, but that should give you some ideas. Please ask if you have any further questions on the above
  16. Unfortunately without access, its simply not possible to investigate the problem. Its very likely this will need to escalated to a higher tier of support, who will indeed need full access in order to debug the issue
  17. I marked the content with more detail for users in future looking for solutions. There is no advantage in any way at all to increasing solution count. We are simply trying to ensure people can find the best solutions to their issues in the future, as I previously mentioned.
  18. Taking a look at this on your site, they do appear to be updating there. Note, if there are many backed up, it may take some time for the task system to get through what is there. Are you still seeing issues there?

  22. While I appreciate what you are saying there, the answer to your question is that the pages application is what does what you are asking for, and is the solution to your issue. I understand you dont wishto pay that, and I can move your ticket to community support if you dont wish for it to be in the official support area. But if you are looking for a solution from our core product, that is indeed the solution, and hence was marked as such. Just to add to this. The purpose of the solution on a topic is so that others can jump to what is the official way in which to do things on our product. It is not for the author of the topic to know what the solution was.
