  1. Im not sure what you mean by you can not see any code there. You would add the code
  2. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  3. What is the error being logged when you try to load the checker? That may give you a clue as to the issues
  4. Actually files by default (attachments and the likes) are stored on the file system. Its likely if you have an error, the error log, which is stored in the database, is increasing the size over what it would usually be
  5. If you are having issues with installing a plugin you would need to contact the author of that plugin for assistance. From that message however, it sounds simply like its already installed
  6. The block manager is on the front end. Please see the following guide which shows how to use this.

  10. The idea of the anonymous feature is that it does not show a display name at all, and shows anonymous. The intention in the first place would be that you have no concept of who the user is. Whether it's the same person, or whether its 2 different people.
  11. We use this where required on stripe already on the latest release, so there isnt anything for you to do there

    Prefix

    You can use a tag as a prefix. You select the tag, then it will allow you to select that tag as a prefix
  15. You would then need to check you are entering the correct details. At present as its google who are not allowing access with those details, its them you would need to contact further than that. Sendgrid of course is something you could set up for sending mail. We have direct integration available for sendgrid once you have created an account. You would just add your API key in Site Features>Integrations for the sendgrid option

  18. On a further look into this, its something we may look into for the future, but at present is not something the software does unfortuanetly.

  20. That is correct as per design. Where the group name shows, the group name will be colored. Where there is only the name showing, the name will be colored
  21. You would need to rebuild achievements in order to do that.
  22. I would need screenshots of what you are seeing there if possible? Please ensure you do these on a default unaltered theme

    Prefix

    The only way to do this is to have a closed tag system. So you would go to System>Settings>Posting, and set the tags in there, while also setting it closed. When clicking to add a tag, they will then see a dropdown of the tags you have provided there
  24. We are aware of some issues with rotation at present, and we are working on a resolution to the issue. The issue actually seems to be with a new version of iOS
