  1. Its an external service, in which we provide the integration for. Whether or not you can use that will largely depend on what you are trying to achieve. We would need more information on what it is you are trying to do.
  2. If you can provide me with the name of the person sending the message, and the intended recipient, I can take a look for you
  3. Could you please also confirm if this is happening with a small file, rather than one of that size?
  4. upload_max_filesize would be the main one generally
  5. Someone REALLY likes zips
  6. This error is caused by server side issues. Usually upload_max_filesize PHP setting, Memory limit and the likes. If you look at your server error log, it will likely tell you exactly what was hit
  7. Im actually just trying to confirm where there is a bug here. How is it you got to the following screen?
  8. I think you are misunderstanding here. You get to that error you mention by clicking "Upgrade now".
  9. It wont be, because not all the files are there. By clicking "Upgrade now" you started the upgrade.
  10. No. If you got the message you needed to upload files manually, you had already started the upgrade
  11. Stripe and paypal are the most popular. Either way however, you would need to set those up. You may find the commerce guides helpful in our guides here Guides
  12. If you are getting that, you would indeed need o upload manually. Its because its not been able to unpack on your server for some reason
  13. You would need to set up an external payment processor if you wish to take payments. The only other option is manual, in which you can tell people how you want them to pay you, and then mark them paid manually when you receive funds
  14. It looks like it was simply a caching issue. I have cleared cache on your site, and its now working. I would however advise on ensuring you update, as you are not using the latest beta currently
  15. You may find our guides handy while going through that also. If you have any questions while you are trialing, please let us know and we can get those answered for you. Guides
  16. Its something we have on our radar, but no date at present.
  17. I have created a ticket for you on this one. Someone will be in contact as soon as possible.
  18. Are you running any caching, or mod_security? If so, please could you disable these and test again first of all? If you are then still having the same issue, please let us know
  19. It should only actually revoke, not delete. The issue there is actually that the text in the modal is incorrect. I will get a bug report in for that Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  20. Im not sure I understand what you are saying there. If the software is displaying things as it should do so on stock, then ours is working correctly
  21. You can of course. If you take a look at the following guide, this shows you how you can add any reactions you would like to add
  22. That has now been resolved for you. Noticed you were also having cache issues on the front end and showing CSS, so have resolved that for you while I was there.
  23. Just an update to this, anyone updating to 8.1 will now be notified there could be issues, until such point as we provide support for that version
  24. I am seeing that now, thank you. I have now applied your domain for you, and it should show up in the next few minutes
