  1. We are unable to assist with the 3.x series of products unfortunately. I would advise on upgrading to the latest release of the platform. That will be likely be using the recaptcha v1 which was discontinued
  2. It appears I am doing something differently to you there. I have sent you a PM with a video of exactly what I do on your site. Please could you let me know what I am doing differently to yourself there?

  5. What caches are they clearing to correct this? Is it server side caching you have running?

  7. Are you referring to yourself in terms of admin, or the user? If yourself, then you can remove some of the email copies in Commerce>Payments>Settings>Email Copies. However as far as the user is concerned, there would be no way to reduce those, as each is needed.
  8. Please could you disable all 3rd party items and test this again? If this does not work, please let us know what items you are switching from the default, so I can test this.
  9. Of course that would really be a decision for yourself. But you are correct in saying it could be a while for items to be implemented, and thats if they are implemented at all.

  11. We would announce any future updates within our blogs (you can see them on the sidebar in the main page). How long depends on where they fit within our development plans. Of course not all suggestions will become a reality

  13. You are indeed correct in the 2 applications you would need to purchase in order to have those 2 items.
  14. We are not aware of any issues relating to this at present. I dont seem to be seeing it on my own environment either, in relation to PHP 8. This is why I had requested access there.
  15. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.   16. You would likely need considerable custom coding for this. It wouldnt be a simple template change. In order to develop for the platform you would need coding knowledge.   17. You would only get notification if you are following the topic. You can ensure you are automatically following your own topics though. You would do this from your notification options. Click your name in the top right, click account settings, then click notification settings on the right to set these to your own personal preference. You can set a default for this. The user could then change it if they prefer to do to. Please see the following guide which shows more information on this for you
  18. I believe the question there is more whether you can search for the club itself? If so, there is no facility for this at the present time.,
  19. My suspicion here is that template files are occasionally not writing to disk, and you have disk template caching enabled. I would advise on switching this off if it is causing you issues. You can do this from System->Settiings->.Advanced Configuration, within your Admin CP
  20. There is no way in which to do this at the present time. You would indeed require custom development if you wanted to do something like this.
  21. Then indeed, you would use "clear cache" which can be found by logging into your admin CP, then clicking support in the top right. Note there are some guest caches server side, which may well take a few minutes to clear
  22. Where is it you are seeing these? Are you seeing them in our system logs or your php error logs?
  23. I would ask what it is you are looking to achieve here. Cache is cleared as and when cache needs to be cleared by the system.
  24. You would simply visit /admin/upgrade to complete the upgrader, once you have uploaded the files. The issues is that they arent being unpacked properly on the server
