  1. Make sure it wasnt 8.1 . We havent released compatibility for that yet, so that may have been your issue
  2. It will not update any templates which are edited
  3. No problem at all. Glad we got the problem sorted for you.
  4. As mentioned above, this has little to do with AWS and more to do with keeping our cloud platform up to date. At some point we do have to stop supporting older versions. If you are running custom items you have had developed, you really should be accounting for the fact that these will have to be kept up to date alongside the platform. It needs to be noted that there have been 12 releases, including one feature release, and even a security related release since 4.5. Whether we were updating our infrastructure or otherwise, you really should be thinking about upgrading.
  5. Are you forcing gzip encoing on your server anywhere? If so, please remove that and test again. This will be either server setup, or could even be cookies, so try clearing those on your device
  6. There isnt any limit on the software end, but there will be on server timeouts. If you have a very large list, it may be worth splitting it into chunks
  7. If there has been planned maintainance on your servers, then you would need to know what that is, and ask your hosting company if that would affect your site. We cannot answer whether that is the cause. Only your hosting company can. It seems its very likely if they have told you they are doing some maintenance

  9. This appears to be related to the way in which you have it set up. It would simplify the breadcrumbs if you only have 1 forum, and the system is laying it out on the front end as if you do, which is what is giving you the listing plus subforums. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

  17. I have switched away from template caching that you had switched on, as that is what was causing you problems. Your server is actually showing service unavailable frequently, which is likely why template caching is having issues. Unless you have good reason to have that switched on, I would leave that switched off
  18. I would suggest removing or at least checking the formatting code you are using on your user groups. Its very very likely that one of these is causing you issues. Something there is so wide its pushing the sidebar down
  19. You would need to contact your hosting company in the first instance in order to obtain these, if you do not have access yourself

  22. We cannot assist with custom development unfortunately. I would say however, this may not be as simple as you think to achieve, as its not a set location, its dynamic in nature. So would require some development to achieve
  23. I have just sen that. It seems you created a sales request, and also not under your email on file. So it would not have been picked up as of yet. You need to respond to the ticket I created for you
  24. There is no specific size for it. It depends on what you want yourself. Note it will also resize in some places anyway
