  1. This has now been resolved in the 4.6.9 version which has just been released. Please feel free to let us know if you are seeing any issues after upgrading
  2. This has now been resolved in the 4.6.9 version which has just been released. Please feel free to let us know if you are seeing any issues after upgrading
  3. The FTP access on file is no longer working, so I cannot check this. My suspicion is there was a 3rd party item in which you no longer have the files for. Please check your server error logs, which will show the error in question
  4. You would need to enable the record image item, as mentioned by opentype above and shown in the image. You would then need to edit the article and upload to that field.
  5. When is it you switched this on? I ask, as this will run on a cleanup task, so would not work instantly
  6. You can either overwrite, or just run the upgrade from the page you were on there if you were already on the latest release, as the files would already be present
  7. I believe this was around 4.3. Note that it will not break what you have there already if you already had one in place.
  8. It's being caused by "Members Country"
  9. The item there was added as a standard attachment, and not as the "record image" as mentioned above. This is why it does not show
  10. The issue there will very likely be your language pack being out of date. Please test this on a standard language pack, and if the issue is no longer present, you need to contact the author of the language pack you are using.
  11. Where are you seeimg that last image from? Please can we start with a blank slate here. Remove any manual meta tags you have added, and any modifications you have made. We can then investigate from there. At present you are adding items, so we are unable to investigate
  12. You need to export the database and ensure you export with the correct charsets etc, then do the same when importing. You have missed some UTF8 data when importing, from what you are describing
  13. You would need to speak to your hosting company to disable mod_security
  14. Please could you check that username? There doesnt appear to be a user with that name on your site
  15. Please post all responses in the English language. We can provide support only in English at the present time
  16. Would always be good to disable that temporarily while testing, just to ensure that is the case
  17. As mentioned, if you can let me know the user you were looking at, I can then see why its not showing
  18. Im not sure what you mean here. You are not using our cloud product at present
  19. Indeed, seems so for me me on my other site, so appears thats not the case @Circo do you have the name of the user there? I can then take a look. From what I can see it should be
  20. Please update your access details on file. We can then take a look for you
  21. Please could you update the admin login details also? At present they appear to be incorrect
  22. That message being logged is being logged by your PHP instances limits unfortunately, and isnt being returned by the software
  23. This is logged when someone purchases only at the present time I believe
