  1. Our CMS is intentionally split in that manner. However please feel free to post that up in our suggestions forum, if it is something you would like to see appear in the future
  2. Thanks for posting! Unfortunately, this issue is beyond the scope of our technical support. 👩‍💻 Our technical support is happy to help you with the Invision Community platform, but we're unable to help with things like server management, theme questions and modifications. I've moved this to our Community Support area where other Invision Community owners will see it and help where they can.
  3. That description would still be true for most environments. Most environments will not need redis.
  4. Its simply the icon loading up. Once it does the text is moved to the right
  5. Whether it's a test site or otherwise, what my colleague states there is correct. You would need a self hosted license in order to restore the software to your own server. A backup would contain only your own custom data (attachments etc, and your database). These can be obtained on request from support via your client area
  6. You would need to add the block on each page type. There is no way in which to do all of them automatically
  7. Sorry, its not clear which menu items you are rererring to here, and what you have already clicked on in the mobile menu. Please could you clarify? Also, aere you ensuring you are logged in as the same user when testing each?
  8. You would need to provide more information as to what you mean here, as this can mean a lot of things. For example, you are funnelling sales from where? This could be that you wish to get sales from users who try to visit certain areas, from registration, from specific areas or something else. The reason I ask is the honest answer here is "It depends". You may be able to do some within the core platform, depending on those answers
  9. There is no way on which to gift an item itself at the present time, unfortunately. What you Would do is create a gift card so that the user can purchase what they wish of that value.
  10. Blogs are exactly what they say on the tin. They are blogs and nothing more. However articles are simply a database that is created in the pages application. Its 'articles', only because thats what it happens to be called on that database. It could easily be bug reports, or car stats, or any number of things, with any number of different fields, field types, which can then be customised only to within the limits of your own coding knowledge.
  11. Our marketplace is actually a little more complicated than that as it allows items to show directly in peoples admin areas. But if you are referring to just selling it on the site and your users entering digital items for users to sell, It's a combination of downloads and commerce. As well as the above guide (thanks @DawPi), take a look at this one too The paid file setting are an option you can allow your users to use in downloads, if you have both downloads and commerce set up. So in the case of ours, we have downloads with the various categories in downloads you see (themes etc). We have the paid files allowed to our clients group, so clients can sell items and other clients can purchase
  12. As mentioned above, the Likelihood is that the icon name has been translated to Something different in the language pack, and the corresponding icon name that its been changed to doesnt exist. I can certainly take a look and advise if you update your admin login details on file.
  13. Unfortunately, Im also not seeing any issues on Android. It seems the issue is on your end there
  14. One of the categories above the category that holds that item has "Set custom permissions" set in its options. You need to select the dropdown at the side of that item and select permissions. The "permission to view" permission is missing
  15. We would need specific links and an example user if you would like us to check also
  16. On taking a look at this, the issue appears to be the parent category not having permission to view, which causes this issue.
  17. My colleague has taken a look at the ticket, and it appears the number of warning points for that user was manually adjusted
  18. Excellent. Glad to hear you got the issue resolved
  19. I dont seem to be able to get to your admin area at present due to an issue on your server. Are you using windows server? If so, its likely this that is causing you issues unfortunately. You might find the following helpful
  20. You would need to check on a default unlatered theme in order to test this. Some of the items there can affect any area of the site
