  1. Please check in support in your admin CP, and check you have applied all patches there. I believe this may be due to missing a patch which resolved a marketplace problem
  2. On taking a closer look at this, it is indeed correct. There is no way in which to exclude these at present. It will show similar content from anything which is indexed in the search index. That would indeed include statuses
  3. You would need to contact the author of that theme for assistance in the first instance. We would not assist with 3rd party items
  4. It may well be that you are missing other items. The reality is, you need to ensure you have a full copy of your files, and you didnt at the time of copying items over. This is what was causing you the initial issues, and there may be items in the uploads folder you are missing too. You need to ensure you have all of the uploads folder from your old server
  5. I dont believe there are any plans for that at the present time, as it can cause performance issues
  6. Sorry, with this, please could you let us know which database is causing you issues also?
  7. Please could you provide me the name of the customer in question (or the member ID will do if needed) and the name of the product? I can then take a look for you
  8. Not really sure what to tell you here. Im not able to replicate this on any of our pages here. It seems just to be on your end. What browser and OS are you using?
  9. There is indeed no facility for this at the present time. I will move this to our suggestions area for future consideration
  10. In addition to the above, I have uploaded a fresh set of the latest files for you, and run the upgrader through. So you are now on the latest release, and you should be able to log in. Of course you need to make sure you get those uploads from your backup, as my colleague mentioned
  11. Updating your email to a different email address in your client area would be the best way to ensure you are getting them if you are still having issues there. On closer look at this, the SQL details in your conf_global.php file appear to be incorrect entirely, which is why you are having issues. For further correspondance on this, you would really need to ensure you change the email on file and submit a new ticket to look at, as there is information I cannot provide in public
  12. You would then need to contact your hosting company to obtain the correct detail there
  13. The only place on the software itself you would change is within the conf_global.php file, unless you have added a custom URL to any of your file storage options. Other than that, it would be the server redirecting, and you should contact your hosting company
  14. We have added a bug report for this also, so that we can investigate and improve for the future
  15. Please check your server for mod_security, securi or similar, and check the logs. Something there is blocking the request
  16. Glad to hear you got upgraded there. These will usually happen when there is a break in connection between the client and server. If you are getting this each time of course, let us know
  17. Please ensure all access details on file are up to date, then we can take a look. Also please ensure you are using only our default htaccess
  18. Have you disabled all 3rd party items you have? Also try disabling anything showing im the profile with regards any profile fields you may have set up, in case those are causing it
  19. There isnt anything to prepare for there. Our cloud infrastructure is already set up to cope with large volumes.
  20. Upgrading to the latest release would always be the first thing to do
  21. Before I look further at this, could I ask if there is a reason you dont have the rewrite URLs in place?
  22. All of them should be populated please. Your FTP details are currently incorrect
  23. The first thing I would say there is that you are not on the latest release of the software. You need to update your site to the latest release and test again in the first instance
  24. Thank you for reporting. I have reported this internally
