Hello guys so i am trying to edit the link color text. But there is an issue. When i choose the change the color at my theme, the link color changes. But the link in the [hide] [/hide] section doesn't. There is somewhere else where i should make this change. But i dont know how. Any solution guys?

Hi, I'm very new here and not very technical and will be hiring someone to help me out... but I do have one key question that maybe someone can answer? I am setting up a wordpress based membership site (most likely using AccessAlly) to sell online courses. I want to connect my course to my existing online community and create an area that is accessible to students only. I understand that can be done with Groups and Group Permissions, but how can I automatically assign a student to the correct group when they purchase the course in my wordpress based membership site? Ideally I would do this using tags in Convertkit... Thanks, Erik

Hello. Since a short time I have an odd issue here on ips. I get a notification of a new reply so I visit the forum, click on the notifications bell and then something odd happens. 1.) the new post on top, is not bold, then a couple of other posts which I already read, are bold again. 2.) Now I read the 2 topics again so they should not be bold (new) again. Just to be sure I read the real new message also (which was not bold) 3.) I started to write this message to show something is going on and look here. We are used to be able to put icons and smilies in topic titles. That way users can express if they post a news topic or a humoristic topic or some idea (lamp icon) etc. But I can't find this in Invision. I kow there is an extension/mod for this but I can't imagine Invision being the only one of the most well known not having some default ones or does not have an option to put them in there some how? Or does Invision really don't have them?

Hi all, We've come across a spat of spammers and the like. We see that all the accounts registering are using the same Device but different IPs. Is there a way to block that specific device from the Administrative Panel, or would I have to use the Cloudflare firewall? Thanks! Alex

Afternoon! Someone's just pointed out that on individual profile pages, the member group displayed in the header under the user's name is hard to see. It's fine with the color theme elsewhere, it's just the profile header. I'm sure there's something in the theme colors I can tweak to fix this, but I don't know which color field controls this bit. If someone can point me in the right direction, I'll be grateful!

It happens in the ACP when I click the notification bell and choose the emails not sending notifications. Worst part is I have 8 notifications and cannot make it go to zero. How do I clear it out? Hi, We've noticed that reports work as a "Live Link" of sorts to the reported content. This means that if the user goes back and edits the post that has been reported, the edited version will update and replace that shown in the report itself. Is there any way to prevent this and have the content remain as it was at the time the report was created?

I had several accounts sign up for my site and send thousands of PM messages across my site to all sorts of members The messages had a link to a spam site. It was the kind of link where once you click it all kinds of stuff starts popping up and the user can't click out. My members are quite upset. Any good ideas for preventing this?

Hello, Regular members cannot tell when birthdays are set to Staff Only (they do not get the message on their profile that only staff can see it, they have to edit profile to see the green banner explaining it). Is there a way to add this? I know that it does display to staff. Regards, Alex

Was wondering if it's possible to setup the calendar to have a reoccurring event that I can have people signup to... but it only signs them up to that event and not every single one that happens? Not sure if this is even possible but really hoping it is, using the calendar as a thing that I can have users indicate if they're coming to a weekly event would be great... but is a pain when they sign up for one it signs them up for all.
